«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունն առաջարկում է փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարել կառավարության 2024 թ.-ի մայիսի 16-ի N 710-Լ և 2024 թ.-ի հունիսի 14-ի N 898-Լ որոշումների մեջ: Թիվ 710-Լ որոշմամբ հաստատվել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված ընտանիքների բնակարանային ապահովման պետական աջակցության ծրագիրը: Թիվ 898-Լ որոշմամբ հաստատվել է ծրագրի իրականացման կարգը։
 
2024 թ.-ի հունիսի 15-ից մեկնարկել է բնակարանի կամ կառուցվող շենքից բնակարան գնելու իրավունքի կամ անհատական բնակելի տան ձեռքբերման հավաստագրերի տրամադրման գործընթացը, հուլիսի 15-ից մեկնարկել է անհատական բնակելի տան կառուցման հավաստագրերի տրամադրման գործընթացը, գործող հիփոթեքային վարկի մարման աջակցության հավաստագրերի տրամադրման գործընթացը մեկնարկել է օգոստոսի 1-ից։
 
Հոկտեմբերի 24-ի դրությամբ ծրագրում ընդգրկվելու համար դիմել է 1200 ընտանիք (4199 անձ), որից 24-ի դիմումը հաստատվել է, 264-ինը մշակման փուլում է, 912-ի դիմումը մերժվել է, քանի որ ընտանիքի առնվազն 1 անդամը չի բավարարել ծրագրի պայմաններից որևէ մեկին։ Նախագծի հիմնավորման մեջ նշված է, թե ինչ պայմանների պետք է բավարարեն ընտանիքները, ինչ խնդիրներ են արդեն իսկ ի հայտ եկել պրակտիկայում: Ակնկալվում է, որ այս նախագծերի կյանքի կոչման պարագայում 2020 թ.-ի սեպտեմբերի 27-ից և 2023 թ.-ի սեպտեմբերի 19-ից հետո Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեմ սանձազերծված ռազմական գործողությունների հետևանքով Արցախից բռնի տեղահանված շուրջ 25 000 ընտանիք կապահովվի բնակարանով։
 
2025 թ.-ի բյուջեի հայտով ծրագրի համար նախատեսված է շուրջ 9 մլրդ դրամ։
