«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

 Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանի հիմնած «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման և անհետ կորածների, բռնի առևանգվածների ու գերիների ընտանիքների անունից կառավարությանն է հանձնվել նամակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի անունով։ Սակայն որևէ առարկայական պատասխան չի ստացվել, և նամակը վերահասցեագրվել է ԱԳՆ-ին և ԱԱԾին, որոնք, ըստ ՀՃՇ-ի, մատնված են անգործության, և որևէ հասցեական գործունեություն չեն ծավալում այդ խնդրի լուծման ուղղությամբ, որի ամենամեծ ապացույցը արդյունքների բացակայությունն է:
 
Եվ ահա, «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժումը, բավարարված չլինելով ինչպես կառավարության, այնպես էլ նրա առանձին ստորաբաժանումների գործունեությունից, կրկին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին է հասցեագրել մի քանի պահանջներ, որոնք նա, որպես Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության ղեկավար, պարտավոր է իրականացնել՝ պաշտպանելու իր իսկ գործունեության հետևանքով գերության և պատանդառության մեջ գտնվող անձանց օրինական իրավունքնեորի պաշտպանության համար: Իսկ ի՞նչ հարցադրումներ ու պահանջներ են առաջ քաշվում: Նախ՝ ինչո՞ւ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը կոնկրետ և հրապարակային քայլեր չի ձեռնարկում միջազգային հարթակներում՝ գերիների, անհետ կորածների, բռնի առևանգվածների հարցը բարձրացնելու և նրանց վերադարձի հարցը լուծելու ուղղությամբ:
 
Երկրորդ՝ ինչո՞ւ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը պաշտոնական բանակցություններ չի վարում Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների հետ գերիների, անհետ կորածների, բռնի առևանգվածների հարցը լուծելու համար: «Այն բացատրությունը, թե այդ բանակցությունները վարվում են գաղտնիության պայմաններում, և դրանց ընթացքը հրապարակման ենթակա չէ, կարող է համոզիչ լինել, եթե դրանք արդյունք ունենային, մինչդեռ հիմա արդեն պարզ է, որ դա հարցը քնեցնելու պարզագույն հնարք է»,-կարծում է շարժումը: ՀՃՇ-ն նաև հարց է բարձրացնում, թե ինչպե՞ս է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վերաբերվում Բաքվի բանտերում գտնվող հայ գերիներին և բռնի առևանգվածներին. «Մեզ մոտ այնպիսի տպավորություն է, որ անձամբ դուք և ձեր իշխանությունը ոչ միայն շահագրգռված չեք այդ անձանց ազատ արձակման հարցում, այլ ընդհակառակը, ի դեմս նրանց, տեսնում եք հնարավոր քաղաքական մրցակիցների և նույնիսկ հակառակորդների, ովքեր կարող են ազատության պայմաններում բացահայտել ձեր իշխանության հակազգային դիմագիծը: Որոշ հիմնավոր կասկածները փարատելու համար գուցե ասեք, թե 2023 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 13-ից հետո կոնկրետ ի՞նչ եք արել գերիներին վերադարձնելու համար»:
 
Հարց է բարձրացվում նաև, թե ՄԱԿ գագաթաժողովների ժամանակ և ՄԱԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի հետ հանդիպումներում արդյո՞ք քննարկվել են գերիների, անհետ կորածների, բռնի առևանգվածների հարցը, Եվրոպական միության, ԵԱՀԿ-ի և այլ միջազգային կառույցների հետ ի՞նչ քայլեր են ձեռնարկվել՝ օգտագործելու նրանց միջնորդական հնարավորությունները վերոնշյալ խնդիրների լուծման համար, միջազգային դատարաններում ի՞նչ հայցեր են ներկայացվել գերիների, անհետ կորածների, բռնի առևանգվածների վերաբերյալ, վերջապես՝ ո՞ր միջազգային կառույցներին են դիմելու՝ լրացուցիչ աջակցության համար:
