ArmLur.am-ի տեղեկություններով՝ Արթուր Խարախաշյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել։ Նա 2023 թվականի նոյեմբերի 5-ին՝ ժամը 06:00-ի սահմաններում, «****» ծառայությունից օգտվելու պատրվակով՝ գլխարկով, դիմակով և ձեռնոցներով մուտք է գործել Մարտա Գրիտչենկոյի կողմից վարձակալված Երևան քաղաքի Բաղրամյան 64-րդ շենքի 13-րդ բնակարան։
ArmLur.am-ին հասած տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ Խարախաշյանը մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելու համար նախապես հարմարեցված առարկայի՝ էլեկտրահարող սարքի միջոցով բռնություն է գործադրել, դուռը Մարտա Գրիտչենկոյի կողմից բացելուց հետո հրել է վերջինիս, ինչի հետևանքով Մարտա Գրիտչենկոն վայր է ընկել։ Արթուր Խարախաշյանը ոտքով սեղմել է կնոջ դեմքին և էլեկտրահարող սարքով երկու անգամ էլեկտրահարել մեջքի հատվածից, որից հետո հրելով տարել է նշված բնակարանի ննջասենյակ, էլեկտրահարող սարքով և ներարկիչով բռնություն գործադրելու իրական և առկա սպառնալիք է տվել Գրիտչենկոյին՝ պահանջելով իրեն տրամադրել իր մոտ առկա ողջ գումարը։
ArmLur.am-ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ կինը Արթուր Խարախաշյանին է տվել իր մոտ առկա 220.000 ՀՀ դրամը, 400 ԱՄՆ դոլարը և «Iphone» 11 մոդելի բջջային հեռախոսը, որը Արթուր Խարախաշյանի կողմից հափշտակվել է։ Դրանից հետո, չհավատալով, որ Մարտա Գրիտչենկոյի մոտ այլևս գումար չկա, իր մոտ եղած պարաններով կապել է կնոջ ձեռքերը և ոտքերը՝ սկսելով էլեկտրահարել նրան, և շարունակել փնտրել գումար։ Փնտրելու ընթացքում տղամարդը պահարանում նկատել է Մարտա Գրիտչենկոյին պատկանող Բելառուսի Հանրապետության քաղաքացու անձնագիրը, հափշտակել այն և հեռացել:
