Կառավարությունը փոփոխություններ է նախատեսում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված ընտանիքների բնակարանային ապահովման ծրագրում՝ նպատակ ունենալով այն դարձնել առավել արդյունավետ։ ՀՀ կառավարության համապատասխան որոշումների փոփոխությունների նախագիծը հրապարակվել է edraft.am իրավական ակտերի հրապարակման միասնական կայքում: Փոփոխությունները
նպատակ ունեն պարզեցնել ծրագրի կիրառումը և հստակեցնել մի շարք ընթացակարգեր։
2024 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 24-ի դրությամբ ծրագրում ընդգրկվելու համար դիմել է 1200 ընտանիք՝ 4199 անդամներով։ Սակայն ծրագրի պայմանները չբավարարելու պատճառով 912 դիմում մերժվել է։ Ներկայացված փոփոխություններով նախատեսվում է ավելի հստակ սահմանել, թե որ տվյալները պետք է ներկայացվեն, ինչպես նաև վերանայել աջակցությունների ժամկետներն ու պայմանները։
Առանձնահատուկ փոփոխություններից են՝աջակցության հավաստագրերի տրամադրման կարգի պարզեցումը, մասնավորապես, երեխաների վերաբերյալ աջակցության տրամադրման հստակեցում, հավաստագրերի իրացման ժամկետի երկարաձգում մինչև 2025 թվականի ապրիլի 1-ը, ՀՀ քաղաքացիության ստացման վերջնաժամկետների հստակեցում՝ շահառուների իրավունքները չսահմանափակելու համար։
Այս փոփոխություններն աջակցում են ՀՀ կառավարության 2021-2026 թթ. ծրագրի իրականացմանը և ուղղված են շուրջ 25,000 ընտանիքների բնակարանային ապահովման ներառականության ապահովմանը՝ առանց պետական բյուջեի լրացուցիչ ծախսերի։ 2025 թվականի բյուջեով ծրագրի համար նախատեսված է շուրջ 9 մլրդ դրամ։
