ՔՊ-ն նիստ չի գումարելու Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի հարցով

«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցությունը կրկին ալեկոծվում է՝ հասկանալով, որ իրեն այս անգամ էլ են խաբել ու օգտագործել։
Օրեր առաջ կայացած ՔՊ նախաձեռնող նիստում, որտեղ ըստ Փաշինյանի, ինքնաքննադատությամբ են զբաղվել, մի քանի տասնյակ քպական պատգամավորներ ջախջախիչ քննադատության են ենթարկել ԱԺ Պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանին։ Դրանից հետո մամուլում լուրեր սկսեցին շրջանառվել, որ Փաշինյանի հանձնարարությամբ ՔՊ խմբակցության նիստ է գումարվելու, քննարկելու են Քոչարյանին հանձնաժողովի նախագահի պաշտոնից հեռացնելու հարցը։
Ապրիլյան և 44-օրյա պատերազմների հանգամանքները քննող հանձնաժողովների նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը, պարզվեց, պինդ ընկույզ է քպական ատամների համար։ Քոչարյանը սսկվելու փոխարեն անցավ հակահարձակման, հանրային դաշտում կրկին ակնարկներ անելով ՔՊ-ում տիրող վատ բարքերի մասին։ Քոչարյանը նաև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ու մյուսներին է զգուշացրել, որ հանձնաժողովի նախագահի պաշտոնից հեռանալու դեպքում վայր է դնելու մանդատը, այլ պաշտոն չի ստանձնելու, և բերանը չի փակելու։ Կարճ ասած, շանտաժ է արել գործող իշխանություններին։
Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, այդ շանտաժը բավական արդյունավետ է եղել, ՔՊ վարչությունը, որ նախօրեին հաղորդագրություն էր տարածել ՀԾԿՀ նոր նախագահ և ԲԴԽ նոր անդամ ընտրելու մասին, նաև քննարկել է Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի հարցը։ Թեպետ վարչության որոշ անդամներ նեղսրտել են, բայց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կոշտ հրահանգել է Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանին առժամանակ ձեռք չտալ, խոստացել է, որ նրա հարցերը կլուծի արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ՝ չընդգրկելով համամասնական ընտրացուցակում։
Քոչարյանն, իհարկե, հանգիստ չի նստելու, փորձելու է վարկաբեկել իր դեմ աշխատող յուրաքանչյուր պատգամավորի։ Հաշվի առնելով, որ նա ավելի խորամանկ ու փորձառու է, քան իր բոլոր թիմակիցները միասին վերցրած, կարելի է ենթադրել, որ «Քաղպայմանագիր» խմբակցությունը քարուքանդ կանի։
