«Գործադիր մարմնում աշխատող մարդու գործը պիտի լինի գործ անելը»․ նորանշանակ նախարար Սրբուհի Գալյան

Արդարադատության նորանշանակ նախարար Սրբուհի Գալյանը լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում հայտնեց, որ իր նշանակումը սպասելի չէր, բայց առաջարկը ստանալուց հետո մտածել և տվել է իր գիտակցված համաձայնությունը։

Քաղաքական պատասխանատվություն կրելու վերաբերյալ հարցին ի պատասխան Գալյանը ասաց․ «Ես նախկինում այդ բեռը ստանձնած եղել եմ, երբ հեղափոխությունից հետո ստանձնել ե, Արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալի պաշտոնը, և այդ պատասխանատվության գիտակցումը նաև պայմանավորել է իմ գիտակցումը։ Ես կարծում եմ՝ գործադիր մարմնում աշխատող մարդու գործը պիտի լինի գործ անելը»

Լրագրողի հարցին, թե ինչպես է անելու որպեսզի մարդկանց մոտ վստահություն լինի արդարադատության նկատմամբ, Գալյանն ասաց․

«Արդարադատության նախարարի հիմնական անելիքն այս հարցի հետ կապված քաղաքական մակարդակում արդարության հարցի ճիշտ հասցեագրումն է, և երկրորդը նոր արդարադատության համակարգի կայուն և միասնական չափանիշների վրա հիմնված զարգացումը։ Երկու կոմպոնենտի պահպանմամբ կփորձենք վեր հանել  խնդիրը՝ հասկանալու, թե որտեղ է արդարության պակասի զգացումը ձևավորվում մեր քաղաքացիների մոտ, հետո կփորձենք կամաց-կամաց սահուն քայլերով լուծել այդ խնդիրները»։

Զանգովի արդարադատության մասին մենք խոսում ենք, երբ այդ զանգը նպատակակետին հասնում է, երբ կլինի զանգ, որի հիման վրա կլինի արդարադատություն, կքննարկենք։

Հարցին, թե հասցրել է ծանոթանալ հայ-ադրբեջանական խաղաղության պայմանագրին, Գալյանն ասաց՝ դեռ ոչ, քանի որ սա իր աշխատանքային 3-րդ օրն է․ «Չեմ հասցրել, բայց ստանձնել եմ պատասխանատվություն՝ ապահովելու ողջ գործընթացի իրավական ուղեկցումը»։

Նախարարին նաև հարց ուղղվեց դատավոր Արուսյակ Ալեքսանյանի ու նրա հետ ունեցած հարաբերությունների մասին, ինչի վերաբերյալ Սրբուհի Գալյանն ասաց, որ նախկին գործընկերներ են եղել, վերջինիս կալանքի վերաբերյալ նա նշեց, որ դա իր գնահատման տիրույթից դուրս է եղել մշտապես՝ պայմանավորված նաև մասնագիտական էթիկայի պահպանմամբ։
