Հայաստանում անհուսալի համարվող ընկերությունների և կազմակերպությունների պարտապանական պարտքերի (accounts receivable) շեմը 100 հազար դրամից կհասցվի 300 հազար դրամի։ Դրա մասին նոյեմբերի 6-ին Ազգային ժողովում Տնտեսական հարցերի մշտական ​​խորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի նիստում՝ Հարկային օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին օրինագծի քննարկման ժամանակ, հայտարարել է ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Գևորգ Պապոյանը։

Ըստ նրա՝ Հայաստանում գործող կազմակերպությունները պարտապանական (դեբիտորական) պարտքերը հաշվառելիս հաճախ եկամտահարկին առնչվող սխալներ են թույլ տալիս։

«Այսպես, դեբիտորական պարտքերը, որոնց ընդհանուր գումարը գերազանցում է 100 հազար դրամը, դեբիտորական պարտքերի գումարի բռնագանձման պահանջը բավարարելու կամ մերժելու մասին դատարանի վճռի օրինական ուժի մեջ մտնելու օրվանից համարվում է անհուսալի»,- ասել է Պապոյանը։

Նախարարը նշել է, որ ըստ պաշտոնական վիճակագրության՝ 2022 թվականին Հայաստանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանները վարույթ են ընդունել 172 հազար 476 քաղաքացիական գործ, որից 159 հազար 683-ը կամ վարույթ ընդունված բոլոր գործերի 93%-ը վերաբերում է գումարների բռնագանձմանը։

Ընդ որում, խոշոր տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտները, որպես կանոն, ունեն բոլոր անհրաժեշտ ռեսուրսները իրավական ծախսերը նվազեցնելու համար, սակայն դեբիտորական պարտքերին առնչվող խնդիրը նվազեցնում է այդ հնարավորությունը։ Որոշ քննարկումներից հետո մշտական ​​խորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովն օրինագծի վերաբերյալ դրական կարծիք է հայտնել։
