Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազը Հաագայում հանդիպել է Եվրաջասթի նախագահին

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանը, Նիդերլանդների Թագավորություն կատարած աշխատանքային այցի շրջանակում, 2024 թվականի նոյեմբերի 6-ին Հաագայում հանդիպել է Եվրոպական միության քրեական արդարադատության գործակալության (Եվրաջասթ) նախագահ Լադիսլավ Համրանին: Հայտնում են ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից:
Աննա Վարդապետյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտել Եվրաջասթի նախագահին ջերմ ընդունելության համար և ընդգծել, որ մեկ տարվա ընթացքում տեղի ունեցող երրորդ հանդիպումը երկու կառույցների միջև զարգացող փոխգործակցության վկայությունն է:
ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը կարևորել է 2024 թվականի ապրիլի 5-ին Բրյուսելում ստորագրված՝ Հայաստանի և Եվրաջասթի միջև համագործակցության համաձայնագիրը, որը սեպտեմբերի 10-ին վավերացվել է ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի կողմից, իսկ սեպտեմբերի 23-ին Հայաստանը Եվրաջասթի հետ ստորագրել է աշխատանքային պայմանավորվածություն:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Համաձայնագիրը հնարավորություն է նախատեսում Հայաստանից Եվրաջասթ գործուղել Համագործակցության հարցերով դատախազ: Դատախազության ներկայացվածությունը Եվրաջասթում հնարավորություն կտա օպերատիվ կապ ապահովել ԵՄ անդամ և երրորդ պետությունների կոնտակտային անձանց հետ, հնարավորություն կընձեռի Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթներով իրականացնել առավել արդյունավետ միջազգային-իրավական համագործակցություն:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը քննարկել են Համաձայնագրի կիրարկման ուղղությամբ ընթացող աշխատանքները և անդրադարձել երկուստեք հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող այլ հարցերի:
Եվրաջասթ կատարած այցի ընթացքում ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը հանդիպումներ է ունեցել նաև Եվրաջասթում Իտալիայի և Հունաստանի ներկայացուցիչների հետ:
