Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ այսօր տեղի է ունեցել խորհրդակցություն, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել է «Երևան քաղաքում տեղական ինքնակառավարման մասին» օրենքում և հարակից օրենքներում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրենքների նախագծերի փաթեթը: Հայտնում են կառավարության լրատվական ծառայությունից:

Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը նշել է, որ փոփոխությունները վերաբերում են տեղեկան ինքնակառավարման մարմինների գործունեության գրեթե բոլոր բնագավառներին: Առաջարկվող փաթեթը, ըստ քաղաքապետի, իր ծավալով և բովանդակությամբ ամենամեծն է: Ներկայացված փաթեթով առաջարկվում են լուծումներ քաղաքի արտաքին տեսքի վերականգնման, ինքնակամ շինարարության կանխարգելման, դրա հետևանքների վերացման, առևտրի և ծառայությունների բնագավառում փոփոխությունների, վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ վարչական վարույթների առավել արդյունավետ իրականացման, վարչական իրավախախտումները կանխարգելելու, դրանց հետևանքներն արդյունավետ վերացնելու, համայնքի տարածքում համակեցության կանոնների ապահովման, տրանսպորտային խնդիրների լուծման վերաբերյալ:

Քննարկում է ծավալվել ներկայացված փոփոխությունների և լրացումների վերաբերյալ: Խորհրդակցության մասնակիցները ներկայացրել են իրենց տեսակետներն առաջարկվող լուծումների վերաբերյալ:

Վարչապետն առաջարկել է ներկայացված դիտարկումների հիման վրա շարունակել աշխատանքները նախագծերի լավարկման ուղղությամբ:
