ԱԳՆ-ն և Հանձնակատարի գրասենյակը դեմ չեն, բայց էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը խորքային չի ընկալում խնդիրն ու իրավիճակը

«Հայաստանը ես եմ» նախաձեռնությունը ներկայացրել է ՀՀ պետական կառույցներից ստացած 3-րդ առաջարկ-պահանջի պատասխանը։

Նախաձեռնության հրապարակման մեջ ասվում է․ «Հարգելի հայրենակիցներ,
Չնայած Սփյուռքի աշխատակազմի գրասենյակը և Արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը դրական են գնահատում առևտրային ներկայացուցչի ինստիտուտի ներդրման գաղափարը, Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը դեռևս խորքային չի ընկալում դրա կարևորությունն ու մեր առաջարկի մանրամասները: Մենք առաջարկել ենք այս ինստիտուտը՝ տարբեր երկրների հետ տնտեսական կապերի զարգացման համար։ Չնայած նախարարությունը նշում է արտահանման դիվերսիֆիկացման անհրաժեշտությունը, այնուամենայնիվ հստակ չէ, թե ինչպե՞ս, որտեղի՞ց պետք է սկսել նոր շուկաներ մտնելն ու մատակարարումների ապահովումը։

Հատկանշականն այն է, որ մեր առաջարկած ներկայացուցչի ինստիտուտը թույլ է տալիս համագործակցել այլ երկրների հետ՝ առանց պետության վրա հավելյալ ծախսերի: Ի տարբերություն առևտրային կցորդների (էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը նոր է շրջանառում առևտրային կցորդների վերաբերյալ նախագիծ), ներկայացուցչական մոդելը խուսափում է լրացուցիչ ծախսերից՝ ապահովելով շուկաների դիվերսիֆիկացիա, սակայն ինչպես տեսնում ենք՝ Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը փորձում է առաջ տանել այն տարբերակը, որը պետությունից հավելյալ ֆինանսներ է պահանջելու։

Այնուամենայնիվ, մենք նրանց տրամադրել ենք 2 ամիս ժամանակահատված՝ այս փոփոխությունն ի կատար ածելու համար»։
