Ռուսաստանում Հայաստանի նորանշանակ դեսպան Գուրգեն Արսենյանն օրերս հանդիպում էր ունեցել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Դաշնային ժողովի Դաշնության խորհրդի պաշտպանության և անվտանգության կոմիտեի նախագահ Վիկտոր Բուլավինի և անդամների հետ։ Դեսպանատան տարածած պաշտոնական հաղորդագրությունն ուշագրավ էր նրանով, որ Արսենյանը զրուցակցին փոխանցել էր ՀՀ ԱԺ Պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի ջերմ բարեմաղթանքները։

Հաղորդագրության մեջ կա ուղղակի մեսիջ, որ ՀՀ իշխանությունն ուզում է կամաց-կամաց հարթել խնդիրները, որոնք կան Ռուսաստանի հետ։ Ուշագրավ է Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի անունն առանձնահատուկ շեշտելը։ Քոչարյանն այժմ լուրջ խնդիրների է բախվում «Քաղպայմանագրի» ներսում։ Պատճառներից մեկն էլ այն է, որ արևմտյան տարբեր կառույցների հետ սեպարատ հանդիպումներ է ունեցել՝ հարուցելով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի զայրույթը։ Եվ այժմ, երբ դրված է նրան հեռացնելու հարցը, փորձում է բալանսավորել իր կապերը, լավ հարաբերություններ հաստատել ռուսական կողմի հետ, ներսում ամրապնդվելու, Փաշինյանի մոտ էլ իր դիրքերը բարելավելու համար։

Իսկ ՔՊ-ն այսօր նեղ կազմով կքննարկի Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի պաշտոնանկության հարցը։ Եթե խմբակցությունը քվեարկի Քոչարյանին հեռացնելու օգտին, հարցը մտնելու է ԱԺ լիագումար նիստերի օրակարգ։ Մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահի լիազորությունների դադարեցման մասին Ազգային ժողովի որոշումն ընդունվում է գաղտնի քվեարկությամբ` պատգամավորների ձայների մեծամասնությամբ։
