Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի հարցը կքննարկեն այս շաբաթ

Ազգային ժողովի «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցությունն այսօր որոշել է նիստի օրը, որտեղ քննարկելու են Պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի հարցը։ Օրեր առաջ ՔՊ նախաձեռնող խմբի նիստում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, լսելով գրեթե չորս տասնյակ ՔՊ-ականների դժգոհությունները Քոչարյանի աշխատանքից, պահելաձևից, գործընկերների հետ լպիրշ վերաբերմունքից, որոշման պատասխանատվությունը թողել է խմբակցության վրա։
«Քաղպայմանագիրը» խորհրդարանում 71 պատգամավոր ունի, ու, ըստ ամենայնի, 90 տոկոս և ավելին կամ հակված են քվեարկել Քոչարյանի դեմ, կամ էլ քվեարկելու են՝ խնդիրների չբախվելու համար։ Ինքը՝ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը նախաձեռնող խմբի նիստում կեսբերան նեղսրտել էր, թե իրեն հանձնաժողովի նախագահի պաշտոնից հեռացնելու դեպքում վայր կդնի նաև պատգամավորական մանդատը։ Ավելի է զարմացել, երբ իր առաջարկը խանդավառությամբ է ընդունվել կուսակիցների կողմից։ Եվ այժմ, առավել ազդեցիկ ՔՊ-ականները մշտապես չեզոք խաղացող կուսակիցներից պահանջում են միանալ իրենց նախաձեռնությանը և կողմ քվեարկել Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի պաշտոնանկությանը, հակառակ դեպքում սպառնալով, որ ՔՊ նոր ցուցակում չեն լինելու։
Հանձնաժողովի նախագահի պաշտոնը լայն արտոնություններ է տրամադրում՝ ծառայողական մեքենա, ավելի բարձր աշխատավարձ և պարգևավճարներ, ներկայացուցչական ծախսերի փոխհատուցում, նաև գործադիրի ու այլ անձանց հետ շփումների ավելի լայն հնարավորություններ՝ դրանից բխող կոռուպցիոն սխեմաներով։ Եվ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը բնավ չի ցանկանում զրկվել այդ արտոնություններից։ ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, այժմ էլ փորձում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի միջոցով կանխել իր պաշտոնանկությունը։ Ամեն դեպքում, հանձնաժողովի նախագահի պաշտոնից զրկվելու դեպքում, եթե վայր դնի նաև մանդատը, Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանին անտեր չեն թողնելու: Նա բավական մեծ տեղեկությունների է տիրապետում ապրիլյան ու 44 օրյա պատերազմների քննիչ հանձնաժողովի նախագահ է եղել, և Քոչարյանին կտեղավորեն կամ վարչապետի, կամ նախագահի աշխատակազմում, որպեսզի հնարավոր լինի վերահսկել։
