Նոյեմբերի 1-ին, ժամը 19։50-ի սահմաններում Շիրակի մարզի, Ախուրյանի վարչական տարածքում գտնվող տներից մեկում տղամարդը պատանդ է վերցրել իր կնոջը և սպառնում է կոկորդը կտրել։ Այս մասին հայտնում է Shamshyan.com-ը։
Մինչ ոստիկաններն ու պարեկները կժամանեին դեպքի վայր ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Շիրակի մարզային վարչություն ահազանգ է ստացվում նշված տան բնակիչ 23-ամյա Ս․ Բ․-ից, ով հայտնում է, որ ինքը 44-օրյա պատերազմի մասնակից է, առողջական խնդիրներ ունի և որ իր 23-ամյա կինը իր կողմից «գերի» է և սպառնում է, որ հնարավոր է նրա կոկորդը կտրի։
Ոստիկաններն ու պարեկները շրջափակում են տունը և տևական ժամանակ բանակցություններ են վարում, ինչի շնորհիվ հնարավոր է լինում վնասազերծել Ս․ Բ․-ին։ Վնասազերծմանը ոստիկանների և պարեկների հետ մասնակցում է նաև նրա 39-ամյա ազգականը, ով ստանում է «ձախ ձեռքի առաջին մատի հիմքի փափուկ հյուսվածքների կտրվածք վերք» վնասվածք։
Ի վերջո ոստիկաններին, պարեկներին ու հարազատներին հաջողվում է նրան տեղափոխել Գյումրու «Հոգեկան առողջության կենտրոն»։
Դեպքի մասին ոստիկանության Ախուրյանի բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչություն, որտեղից ժամանում է քննչական խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Աղասի Իսահակյանի, վարչության պետի տեղակալներ Արայիկ Դարբինյանի, Հովհաննես Պողոսյանի և Ախուրյանի քննչական բաժնի պետ Վահան Սամվելյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Դեպքի փաստով Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով վնասազերծելուց հետո նրա մոտ հայտնաբերվել է 2 հատ դանակ և 1 հատ ածելի։
