Դանակի հարվածից վիրավորում ստացած 30-ամյա տղամարդը Արթիկի ԲԿ-ում մահացել է

Այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 2-ին, սպանություն է տեղի ունեցել Շիրակի մարզում։ Ժամը 19։20-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Շիրակի մարզային վարչությունում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ «Արթիկ» բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի «կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի կտրած, ծակած վերք, կենսաբանական մահ» վիճակով։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, հտեղում ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ մահացածի մարմինը հիվանդանոց է տեղափոխել Շիրակի մարզի գյուղերից մեկի բնակիչ 28-ամյա Գուրգեն Քերոբյանը, իսկ մահացածը Շիրակի մարզի գյուղերից մեկի բնակիչ 30-ամյա Գևորգ Գ․-ն է։
Մինչ հիվանդանոց կժամանեին ոստիկանության Արթիկի բաժնի ծառայողները՝ բաժնի պետ Հարություն Ադամյանի գլխավորությամբ, ոստիկանության Շիրակի մարզային վարչության ծառայողները օպերատիվ տվյալներով պարզել են, որ այսօր՝ ժամը 19։00-ի սահմաններում, Մեղրաշեն գյուղի 1-ին փողոցում գտնվող ցայտաղբյուրի մոտ գտնվող զրուցարանում վիճաբանության ժամանակ Շիրակի մարզի բնակիչ 29-ամյա Արգիշտի Ա․-ն սուր կտրող, ծակող գործիքով հարվածել է Գևորգ Գ․-ի թիկունքին ու մինչ Արթիկի բաժնի ծառայողները՝ բաժնի պետի գլխավորությամբ, իմիտացիա կստեղծեին, թե իբր աշխատանքներ են կատարում՝ հանցագործությունը բացահայտելու համար, դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ ոստիկանության Շիրակի մարզային վարչության ծառայողները հայտնաբերում են կասկածյալ Արգիշտի Ա․-ին և նրան տեղափոխում են ոստիկանության Արթիկի բաժին, որտեղից էլ նրան ներկայացնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչության Արթիկի և Անիի քննչական բաժին։
Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ կասկածյալի հագին եղած վերարկուի գրպանում հայտնաբերվել է ծալովի դանակ և պարզվում է՝ արդյոք նշված դանակով է նա հարվածել, թե այլ։
Դեպքի փաստով Անիի և Արթիկի քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ Քր․ օր․-ի 155-րդ հոդվածի (սպանություն) հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է, որ Մեղրաշեն գյուղի մի քանի բնակիչներ նշված սպանության մեջ մեղադրում են ոստիկանության Արթիկի բաժնի ծառայողներին ու անձամբ բաժնի պետ Հարություն Ադամյանին, քանի որ երեկ գյուղում միջադեպ է տեղի ունեցել, վիճաբանություն, և դանակահարությունը դրա շարունակությունն է։
