Հայաստան գազի արտահանումն Ադրբեջանի համար տնտեսապես իրագործելի չէ. Այս մասին «Էներգետիկ գործընթացները. տարածաշրջան» թեմայով սեմինարի ժամանակ ասաց էներգետիկ անվտանգության ոլորտի փորձագետ, միջազգային հարցերով փորձագետ Արմեն Մանվելյանը։
Նրա խոսքով, Ադրբեջանը լրացուցիչ շուկաներ արտահանելու համար գազի ավելցուկային ծավալներ չունի։ Ավելին, նա խնդիր ունի ավելացնելու կապույտ վառելիքի արտահանումն այն շուկաներ, որտեղ արդեն գազ են մատակարարում (Թուրքիա և Եվրամիություն)։
Նա ասել է, որ 30 միլիարդից Ադրբեջանն արտահանել է 22 միլիարդ խորանարդ մետր գազ, մնացած ծավալները սպառվում են ներքին շուկայում, ևս 1 միլիարդ խորանարդ մետրը ներկրվում է Ռուսաստանից։
Մանվելյանը բացատրեց, որ այս ֆոնին նրանք պետք է կրկնապատկեն նաև արտահանման կարողությունները.
Փորձագետն ընդգծեց, որ վերջին տարիներին Ադրբեջանում նավթի արդյունահանումը նվազել է 40%-ով, ուստի Բաքուն նաև օգտագործում է գազի մի մասն այդ հզորությունները մեծացնելու համար։
Նա պարզաբանել է, որ Ադրբեջանը Թուրքիային գազը վաճառում է մեկ խորանարդ մետրը մոտ 290 դոլարով, իսկ Հայաստանը սահմանին ռուսական գազը ստանում է 1 խորանարդ մետրը 165 դոլարով։
NEWS.am-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում փորձագետը հավելեց նաև, որ Հայաստանը որպես գազի տարանցիկ երկիր նույնպես դժվար թե հետաքրքրի Ադրբեջանին, քանի որ, կրկին, այն չունի անհրաժեշտ կարողությունները լրացուցիչ շուկաներ արտահանելու համար։
