Ատոմային էներգետիկայի ոլորտում ի՞նչ լուծումներ կարող են հարմար լինել Հայաստանին. փորձագետների խորհուրդները

Հայաստանին անհրաժեշտ է 600 ՄՎտ հզորությամբ կայան, իդեալական տարբերակը 600-ական ՄՎտ հզորությամբ երկու կայան կառուցելն է։ Այս մասին «Էներգետիկ գործընթացներ. տարածաշրջան» թեմայով սեմինարի ժամանակ ասաց էներգետիկ անվտանգության փորձագետ Արթուր Ավետիսյանը։ Նրա խոսքով՝ բոլոր տեսակի ատոմակայաններն ունեն իրենց առավելությունները, ամեն ինչ կախված է նպատակներից ու ռազմավարությունից։
«Ատոմակայանը Հայաստանի համար էներգետիկ ոլորտում անվտանգության վահան է, այդ թվում՝ նորը, եթե այն կառուցվի»,- նշեց նա։
Ավետիսյանն ասաց, որ բանակցություններ են տարվում 1200 ՄՎտ հզորությամբ ատոմակայանի կառուցման շուրջ, որից 600 ՄՎտ-ն ուղղվելու է Իրանին, սակայն միջպետական համաձայնագրի կարգավիճակ ունեցող փաստաթուղթ չի ստորագրվել, ինչը շատ կարևոր է։
Էներգետիկ անվտանգության փորձագետ Արմեն Մանվելյանն, իր հերթին, առավել նպատակահարմար է համարում ոչ թե նոր ատոմակայանի, այլ նոր ռեակտորի կառուցումը։ Միաժամանակ, ըստ նրա, իրականում նոր ատոմակայանի կառուցման իրական առաջարկներ չկան, այլ միայն PR ու աղմուկ։
Մանվելյանը կարծում է, որ, հաշվի առնելով իրավական և այլ հարցեր, Հայաստանի հետ աշխարհում կարող են համագործակցել միայն երեք երկրներ՝ Ռուսաստանը, ԱՄՆ-ն և Ֆրանսիան։
«ԱՄՆ-ի դեպքում միայն լավ քաղաքական հարաբերությունները բավարար չեն ատոմային էներգետիկայի ոլորտում արդյունավետ համագործակցության համար, քանի որ գործ կունենանք մասնավոր ընկերությունների հետ, որոնք առաջնորդվում են միայն տնտեսական նպատակահարմարությամբ։ Ռուսաստանի պարագայում դրական քաղաքական հարաբերություններն ատոմային էներգետիկայի ոլորտում շահավետ համագործակցության վերածելու հավանականությունն ավելի մեծ է»,- հավելեց փորձագետը։
Նրա խոսքով, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ նման համագործակցությունն ավելի հարմար է նաև հայ և ռուս փորձագետների արդեն ձևավորված փոխգործակցության տեսանկյունից։
