Խաղաղության Նոբելյան մրցանակակիր Քայլաշ Սաթյարթին Հայաստանում կմասնակցի և կբանախոսի Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության նախաձեռնությամբ նոյեմբերի 5-ին անցկացվող «Ճանապարհ դեպի սոցիալական արդարություն․ արժանապատիվ աշխատանք» խորագիրը կրող միջազգային համաժողովին։

Որպես երեխաների իրավունքների պաշտպանությանն ու մանկական աշխատանքի վերացմանն ուղղված պայքարի առաջամարտիկ՝ Քայլաշ Սաթյարթին Խաղաղության նոբելյան մրցանակի դափնեկիր է։

 Իր կազմակերպության միջոցով Քայլաշ Սաթյարթին մանկական աշխատանքից, ստրկությունից, թրաֆիքինգի և շահագործման այլ ձևերից ազատել է ավելի քան 100 հազար երեխայի․ մշակել է հաջողված ձևաչափեր՝ նրանց կրթության, վերականգնման և վերաինտեգրման նպատակով:

Վերջինիս կողմից կազմակերպված հանրային արշավները, իրականացվող ծրագրերը վերափոխել ու վերափոխում են հազարավոր երեխաների կյանքեր՝ նրանց վերադարձնելով դպրոց և օգնելով զարգացնել իրենց հմտությունները:

Սաթյարթին ղեկավարել է Երեխաների աշխատանքի դեմ գլոբալ երթը՝ 103 երկրներում։ Սա եղել է շահագործվող երեխաների անունից երբևէ իրականացված ամենամեծ սոցիալական շարժումներից մեկը, ինչի արդյունքում ընդունվել է ԱՄԿ 182-րդ կոնվենցիան՝ երեխաների աշխատանքի վատթարագույն ձևերի մասին, որը դարձել է միակ համընդհանուր վավերացված կոնվենցիան ԱՄԿ պատմության մեջ։
