«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Այն, որ բացահայտորեն ՔՊ-ի շահերն սպասարկող, ինչպես հենց քպականներն են ասում՝ «քաղաքական թիմի անդամ» Անահիտ Մանասյանը չի կարողանալու գոնե հավուր պատշաճի կատարել ՀՀ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի դերը, պարզ էր առաջին իսկ վայրկյանից, երբ հայտնի դարձավ նրան այդ պաշտոնում նշանակելու մասին: Ու խնդիրը անձը չէ, «թիմի անդամ» ով էլ լիներ, նույնն էր լինելու: Սակայն Անահիտ Մանասյանի պաշտոնավարումը եկավ ապացուցելու, որ նա չի կարողանում ապահովել իր պաշտոնը կրելու ձևական կողմն անգամ:
Ավելին, ժողբանահյուսությունն այդ պաշտոնը ներկա իշխանությունների օրոք կնքել է ՆԻՊ (Նիկոլի իրավունքների պաշտպան) կամ ՔՊԻՊ (ՔՊ-ի իրավունքների պաշտպան): Բայց նա շարունակում է նոր «նվաճումներ» գրանցել, ինչպես երեկ: Լրահոսից ու իրավապաշտպանների ահազանգումներից հայտնի է, որ ոստիկանությունն ու ռեպրեսիվ օրգանները, «ապօրինի զենքի մասին» ակնհայտորեն շինծու «օպերատիվ տվյալներով», ավելի ճիշտ՝ դրանց անվան տակ, վերջին օրերին ազատությունից զրկել էին ՀՀ 9 քաղաքացու, որոնք, տարօրինակ «պատահականությամբ», ընդդիմադիր ակտիվ երիտասարդներ են:
Երեկ մի խումբ հայրենակիցներ, այդ թվում՝ ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր, «Սրբազան շարժման» առաջնորդներից Գառնիկ Դանիել յանը, բողոքի ակցիայով եկել էին ՄԻՊ-ի «դուռը», ինչպես ասվում է: Իսկապես էլ՝ ոստիկանական կամայականությամբ մարդիկ են ձերբակալվում, մեկը չի, երկուսը չի, իսկ ՄԻՊ-ի ձայնն անգամ չի լսվում: Մարդիկ էլ, բնականաբար, եկել էին ննջած կառույցն արթնացնելու համար: Բայց պարզվեց՝ ՄԻՊ-ի լռությունը դեռ «վերջը» չի: Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանը հրաժարվեց... լրագրողների ներկայությամբ հանդիպել բողոքի ակցիա անող քաղաքացիների հետ: Չէ, լուրջ. մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի պաշտոնն զբաղեցնող անձը խուսափում է... լրատվամիջոցներից, լրագրողների ներկայությամբ մարդկանց հետ հանդիպելուց:
Հայաստանում ՄԻՊ-ի պաշտոնում տարբեր գործիչներ են եղել, բայց առաջին անգամ ենք տեսնում մեկին, որ խուսափում է հրապարակայնությունից: Ռեժիմի բնույթն այնպիսին է, որ դրա ներկայացուցիչները անգամ իրենց պաշտոնից ուղղակիորեն բխող բաներից են խուսափում. բա որ «շեֆը» զայրանա՞: Ցավն այն է, որ «Նիկոլի Հայաստանում» իրավական տեսանկյունից անկախ մարմիններ են արդեն «շեֆի» զայրանալուց վախենում...
