Ալբերտի լուսանկարը պատահական չի հայտնվել ադրբեջանական թերթի առաջին էջին: Դա միտումնավոր ու հատուկ դիտավորությամբ է արվել: Այս մասին գրել է Պատմական գիտությունների դոկտոր, Ցեղասպանության թանգարան ինստիտուտի նախկին տնօրեն Հայկ Դեմոյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում:
«Տեղեկատվական-հոգեբանական պատերազմի կարևոր հնարքներից մեկն է, երբ ոչնչացնում կամ չեզոքացնում են հակառակորդ կողմի որևէ դրական կամ հերոսական պատումի հետ կապ ունեցող խորհրդանշանը: Իրենք շատ լավ էլ գիտեն այդ լուսանկարի մասին ու ամեն ինչ արել են հաշվարկով: Իսկ մենք, ինչպես միշտ, կուլ են տալիս մեր կողմ նետված խայծը ու մի ամբողջ օր մեզ զբաղեցնում ենք իրենց կողմից պարտադրված խաղով ու հլու հնազանդ ենթարկվում ենք այդ խաղի կանոններին:
Հետևությունն այստեղ մեկն է. Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը ներկա պահին բացարձակապես չունի տեղեկատվական-հոգեբանական պատերազմում գոնե պաշտպանական դիրք ունենալու հայեցակարգ: Չկա որևէ հակագործողություն և դրանից օգտվում է հակառակ կողմը և պարբերաբար կազմակերպում է հոգեբանական սադրիչ ու քայքայիչ գործողություններ: Սակայն այս պատմ,ության մեջ ամենացնցողն ու ողբերգականն այն է, որ օրը ցերեկով հենց Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում, հենց ՀՀ քաղաքացիները բացահայտ կերպով նպաստում են այդ քայքայիչ գործողություններին ու դրանց արդյունավետության բարձրացմանը` առատորեն հակառակորդ կողմին մատակարարելով տեղեկատվական-հոգեբանական պատերազմի համար նոր գործողություններ մշակելու գործիքներ ու հնարավորություններ:
Լավագույնս դա արվում է ՀՀ Գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայի որոշ ինստիտուտների գիտաշխատողների կողմից: Ու ստացվում է աբսուրդային ու գրոտեսկային մի պատկեր. Գիտությունների ակադեմիայի Արևելագիտության ինստիտուտի գիտաշխատողները մասնակցում են 2020 թ. ընդունված ՀՀ ռազմավարական անվտանգության նոր հայեցակարգի մշակմանը, իսկ Գիտությունների ակադեմիայի Հնագիտության ու ազգագրության ինստիտուտի գիտաշխատողները ֆանտաստիկ “հաջող ու արդյունավետ կերպով” աշխատում են այդ ռազմավարության մեջ արձանագրված հիմնադրույթների դեմ ու ադրբեջանական հակահայ քարոզչության օգտին:
Ինչպես ընդունված է մեզանում, նույնիսկ Ակադեմիայի ներսում չկա ոչ մի քննարկում կամ քննադատություն աննախադեպ ու խայտառակ այս դեպքերի կապակցությամբ»,- գրել նա։
