Երբ Սրբուհի Գալյանը կնշանակվի Արդարադատության նախարար

Երեկ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունը երկար փնտրտուքներից հետո վերջապես Արդարադատության նախարար է առաջադրել Սրբուհի Գալյանին։ Վերջինս ՀՀ Գլխավոր դատախազի՝ ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձմանն ուղղված գործառույթների ոլորտը համակարգող տեղակալն է:

Նշենք, որ Սրբուհի Գալյանը դեռ նախարար չի համարվում, քանի դեռ չկա նախագահի հրամանագիրը՝ նրա նշանակման վերաբերյալ։

ՀՀ Սահմանդրության 150-րդ հոդվածը սահմանում է՝

«Վարչապետը Հանրապետության նախագահին առաջարկում է փոխվարչապետների և նախարարների թեկնածուներին: Հանրապետության նախագահը եռօրյա ժամկետում կամ նշանակում է փոխվարչապետներին և նախարարներին, կամ դիմում է Սահմանադրական դատարան: Սահմանադրական դատարանը դիմումը քննում և որոշում է կայացնում հնգօրյա ժամկետում: Եթե Հանրապետության նախագահը եռօրյա ժամկետում չի կատարում սույն հոդվածով սահմանված պահանջները, ապա համապատասխան փոխվարչապետը կամ նախարարը նշանակված է համարվում իրավունքի ուժով»։

Նշենք, որ Սրբուհի Գալյանը յուղալի պաշտոններ զբաղեցրել է հեղափոխությունից հետո։ 2018-2019 թվականներին եղել է հատուկ քննչական ծառայության իրավական ապահովման բաժնի պետ, իսկ 2019 թվականի մարտ-հուլիս ամիսներին՝ քննչական ծառայության իրավական ապահովման եւ արտաքին կապերի բաժնի պետ։ 2019 թվականի հուլիսի 17-ին ՀՀ վարչապետի որոշմամբ նշանակվել է ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ, իսկ արդեն 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 1-ին՝ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալ։

Նկատենք նաև, որ Սրբուհի Գալյանը, թեև երեկ մասնակցել է ՔՊ վարչության նիստին, ելույթով հանդես եկել՝ որպես նախարարի թեկնածու, բայց նա դեռ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալի պաշտոնից ազատման դիմում չի գրել։
