Տնային կալանքի որոշումը կայացնելուց Ձեզ հարցրեցինք՝ ունենալո՞ւ եմ հնարավորություն հանրային լրատվական միջոցներով հոդվածներ տպագրելու, թե՝ ոչ, արդյոք ես կարողանալու եմ քաղաքացիների քաղաքական հարցերին հրապարակավ պատասխանեմ, թե՝ ոչ, որովհետև շաբաթական հինգ հարց «Աշոտյանի հետ» ձևաչափ կար, և արդյոք հնարավորություն ունենալու եմ նիստերի դահլիճից հետո մինչև հասնեմ մեքենա, պատասխանել լրագրողների բլից հարցերին:

Այս մասին հերթական դատական նիստի ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Պրոբացիայի ծառայության մեղադրանքներին, թե օրենք է խախտել՝ շփվել է լրատվամիջոցների հետ և ֆեյսբուք սոցիալական ցանցում գրառումներ է կատարել:

Աշոտյանը նշեց, որ իր կողմից թվարկած հնարավորությունները եղել են Նուբարաշեն ՔԿ-ում իր կալանավորված լինելու ժամանակ և դատավորի կողմից արտահայտված տեսակետը նիստի ժամանակ այն էր, որ չի կարող տնային կալանքն ավելի խիստ սահմանափակումներ ենթադրել քան եղել են ՔԿ-ում:

«Ուստի ես շարունակելու եմ քաղաքական բնույթի հոդվածներ գրել և փաստաբաններիս միջոցով փոխանցել լրատվամիջոցներին:

5 հարցին չեմ մոտեցել, կարծել եմ մինչև Ձեր կողմից որոշման ստանալը դա կարող էր դիտվել որպես հաղորդակցման միջոց, որովհետև հարց է հնչում, որին ես պատասխանում եմ և հույս ունեի՝ Ձեր տված որոշման մեջ դա գրավոր արատացոլված կլիներ, բայց չենք գտնում դա»,- ասաց նա:

Ինչ վերաբերվում է ֆեյսբուք սոցիալական ցանցին, Աշոտյանն ասաց, որ ինքն ունի անձնական օգտահաշիվ՝ «Արմեն Աշոտյան», որը ֆեյսբուքի կողմից իդենտիֆիկացվել է, կապույտ նշանով, որտեղ որևէ հրապարակում չի արվել իր կալանքի օրվանից սկսած մինչ այսօր:

«Մյուսն՝ Արմեն Աշոտյան ֆեյսբուքյան էջն է ոչ թե հաշիվը, որը աշխատել է  մշտապես: Այդ էջին բացի ինձնից մուտք ունեն ևս երկու հոգի, որոնց ես հասանելիություն էի տվել նախքան իմ կալանավորվելը:

Երբ ես կալանավորված էի և գտնվում էի Նուբարաշեն ՔԿ-ոււմ, այդ էջում շարունակում էին լինել հրապարակումներ, որոնք արվում էին իմ կողմից ժամանակին հասանելիություն տված մարդկանց կողմից և հիմա էլ դրանք շարունակվում են: Ցավոք սրտի, ես անձամբ հրապարակումներ չեմ անում և օրենք չեմ խախտում»,- ասաց նա:

Հիշեցնենք՝ ըստ Քննչական կոմիտեի՝ Կրթության և գիտության նախկին նախարար Արմեն Աշոտյանը մեղադրվում է պաշտոնեական դիրքի չարաշահման և փողերի լվացման համար, որն առաջացրել է ծանր հետևանքներ։
