«Հյուսիսային տերևաթափ». մեղադրյալների կալանքը երկարացրել են

«Հյուսիսային տերևաթափի» գործով 5 կալանավորված անձանց կալանքի ժամկետները երկարացվել են երեք ամսով: Հիշեցնենք, 2023-ի նոյեմբերի 2-ին ԱԱԾ-ն հաղորդագրություն էր տարածել, թե հինգ անձինք քննությամբ դեռևս ինքնությունները չպարզված այլ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ, 2023 թվականի ընթացքում նախապատրաստել են կատարել պայթյուն և այլ հանրավտանգ արարք, ինչպես նաև զավթել և պահել ՀՀ պետական նշանակության և այլ շինություններ՝ զուգորդված քաղաքացիական անձին կյանքից զրկելու, ենթադրյալ խոշոր չափերի գույքային վնաս պատճառելու և այլ ծանր հետևանք առաջացնելու վտանգով, որի նպատակն է եղել հանրային իշխանության մարմինների գործունեությունը կազմալուծելը, սակայն իրենց կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներով չեն կարողացել սկսել դիտավորության մեջ ընդգրկված հանցանքի օբյեկտիվ կողմի կատարումը, քանի որ հանցանքը բացահայտվել է ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության կողմից:
«Հյուսիսային տերևաթափ» անվանումը ստացած այս գործը կառավարության ներկայացուցիչները համեմատում են 1999 թվականի Հոկտեմբերի 27-ի գործի հետ, բայց մանրամասներ չեն հայտնում։ Կալանավորվածների փաստաբանները պնդում են, թե գործը քաղաքական ենթատեքստ ունի, հերքում են բոլոր մեղադրանքները, խոստանում են բողոքարկել կալանքի որոշումները։
44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո իշխանությունները մի քանի անգամ հայտարարել են, թե կանխել են հեղաշրջման, զինված հարձակումների, իշխանազավթման փորձեր։ Բոլոր այդ դեպքերով որևէ հստակ փաստ, համոզիչ ապացույց մինչ օրս չի ներկայացվել։ Շատերին ամիսներով, անգամ տարիներով պահում են անազատության մեջ, գործերն էլ դատարան չեն հասել։ Իսկ դա թույլ է տալիս ենթադրություններ անել, որ իշխանությունը պարզապես ազատվում է անցանակալի տարրերից, նաև հանրության մեջ տպավորություն ստեղծում, թե իրենց ուզում են իշխանազրկել բռնի մեթոդներով։ Չխախտելով անմեղության կանխավարկածը՝ նշենք, որ փաշինյանական իշխանությունը միշտ է նման միջոցների դիմել տարբեր մարդկանց անվանարկելու համար։ Դեռ պատերազմից հետո անվանի ազատամարտիկների էին ձերբակալել, մեղադրանք առաջադրել, ապա և «բարեհաջող» գործը կոծկել։ Այդկերպ, խաթարվում է արդարադատության, իրավապահ համակարգի, անվտանգության մարմինների նկատմամբ վստահությունը։
