Ազգային ժողովում այս օրերին բյուջեի քննարկումներն են, կառավարությունը ներկայացնում է եկող տարվա ծախսերն ու ակնկալվող եկամուտները։ Երեկ ելույթ է ունեցել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ով այդպես էլ որևէ թիվ չի ներկայացրել, փոխարենը կրկին իր անհեթեթ կարգախոսներն է առաջ մղել։ «Հայաստանն իմ օջախն է, ժողովուրդն իմ ընտանիքն է», «Հարստացիր և հարստացրու», «Հայաստանի ապագան կախված է մեկ մարդուց և այդ մեկ մարդը դու ես», «Հայրենիքը պետությունն է, սիրում ես հայրենիքդ՝ ուժեղացրու պետությունդ», «Այստեղ պետություն՝ այստեղ հաց, այստեղ հայրենիք՝ այստեղ կաց»։

Կրթական անբավարար ցենզ ունեցող, մինչ իշխանության գալը որևէ արժեք չստեղծած Փաշինյանի՝ «հաց ու կացի» և մյուս վտանգավոր կարգախոսներն ընդամենը միտված են հանրության մեջ վախ սերմանելուն, հայրենասիրության փոխարեն որկրամոլությունն արժեք դարձնելուն։ Ի վերջո, «հաց» կարող է լինել նաև պետության բացակայությամբ, օրինակ՝ խորհրդային 70 տարիներին։

Շատերին թվում է, թե Փաշինյանն ու իր թիմը չեն հասկանում իրենց քայլերի վտանգավորությունը, հիմարություններն անում են չգիտակցված, վախից դրդված, կամ էլ դրսից ստացած հրահանգներով։ Իրականում ընդամենն այս մեկ դրվագը փաստում է, որ գործող վարչախումբը հրաշալի գիտակցում է, թե ինչ դավաճանական քայլ է կատարում սեփական երկրի դեմ։ Արժեքային փոփոխություններ խոստացող Փաշինյանն իսկապես փորձում է արժեքներ փոխել, բայց եղած դրականն էլ դեգրադացնելով, հասցնելով շրիշակից ցածր մակարդակի։

«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պետական բյուջեն մեր բոլորի՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու մեծ ընտանեկան բյուջեն է»,- հայտարարել է նա: Հաշվի առնելով, թե ինչպես են Փաշինյանն ու իր թիմը քրքրում ՀՀ բյուջեն, կարելի է կարծել, քաղաքացի միայն իրենց են համարում։
