Արտակարգ դեպք․ ըստ 66-ամյա տղամարդու՝ «Նիվա»-ի վարորդը կրակել է իր անասունների և իր ուղղությամբ

SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ հոկտեմբերի 19-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Արարատի մարզում։ Ժամը 09։55-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժին է զանգահարել Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ 66-ամյա Հարություն Կ․-ն և հայտնել, որ Մասիսում որսորդները կրակել են իր անասունի ուղղությամբ, ինչ համար ինքը դիտղություն է արել, որից հետո սկսել են հարձակվել իր վրա և զենքով կրակել իր ուղղությամբ, իսկ հետո սև գույնի «ՎԱԶ-2121» մակնիշի ռուսական համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայով դիմել են փախուստի դեպի Մասիս քաղաքի ուղղությամբ:
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, օպերատիվորեն մեկնել է ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի օպերլիազորի գլխավորությամբ։
Տեղում Հարություն Կ․-ն հայտնել է, որ ժամը 09։30-ի սահմաններում գտնվել է Մարմարաշեն գյուղի դաշտերում՝ անասուններին արածացնելու նպատակով, երբ մոտ 800 մետր հեռավորությունից, դաշտամիջյան հատվածից լսել է կրակոցի ձայն և գնացել այդ ուղղությամբ: Հասնելով նշված վայր՝ տեսել է անծանոթ մի երիտասարդի, ում հետ «էլեկտրական հովիվի» լարերը գետնից հանելու հարցի շուրջ, խոսակցություն է ունեցել, որից հետո նշված անձը նստել է «ՎԱԶ-2121» մակնիշի ռուսական համարանիշի ավտոմեքենան և հեռացել: Հարություն Կ․-ն հայտնել է նաև, որ նշված երիտասարդի մոտ զենք չի տեսել, ինչպես նաև իր և իր անասունների ուղղությամբ ոչ ոք զենք չի պահել և չի կրակել:
Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մասիսի քննչական բաժին, որտեղ ՀՀ քր. օր.-ի 194 հոդ. 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրական վարույթը, որի շրջանակներում ձեռնարկված միջոցառումներով պարզվել է, որ «ՎԱԶ-2121» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը հանդիսանում է Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ 48-ամյա Թաթուլ Ն․-ն։
Վերջինս հրավիրվել է ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժին, որտեղ զրույցի ընթացքում հայտնել է, որ 2022թ-ից հանդիսանում է «Որսորդ միության» անդամ և ունի իր անվամբ գրանցված «ԻԺ-58ՄԱ» մոդելի 12 տ/չ ողորկափող հրացան: Հոկտեմբերի 19-ին ժամը 08։00-ի սահմաններում իր կողմից շահագործվող «ՎԱԶ-2121» մակնիշի ռուսական համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայով այցելել է Մարմարաշեն գյուղի դաշտամիջյան հատվածներ, որտեղ ջրահավ որսալու նպատակով կատարել է 1 կրակոց:
Ավտոմեքենան քննիչի հանձնարարականով տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք, իսկ Թաթուլ Ն․-ն՝ ներկայացվել է Մասիսի քննչական բաժին։
