Անկարան արգելափակել է ամերիկյան ծագման ավելի քան չորս տասնյակ կատեգորիայի ապրանքների արտահանումը Ռուսաստան, որոնք ԱՄՆ-ը համարում է կարևոր ռուսական ռազմական ոլորտի համար, հայտնում է Financial Times-ը։ Պարբերականը նշում է, որ Թուրքիայի էլեկտրոնային մաքսային համակարգն այլևս թույլ չի տալիս այսպես կոչված ռազմական ապրանքների արտահանումը Մոսկվա, թեև նախկինում խնդիրներ չեն եղել։

Խոսքը միաժամանակ միկրոչիպերի և հեռակառավարման համակարգերի մասին է, քանի որ դրանք կարող են օգտագործվել սպառազինության համակարգերում, հայտնում է ռուսական Репортер-ը։ Անկարան նման փոփոխություններ կատարեց հնարավոր հետևանքների մասին Միացյալ Նահագների զգուշացումից հետո։

Պարբեարականի զրուցակիցները նշել են, որ թուրքական իշխանությունները «քաղաքական մեղմավարությունից» ելնելով հրապարակայնորեն չեն հայտարարել առևտրի սահմանափակումներ մտցնելու մասին։ Մինչ այդ անհնար էր դարձել նույն կարգի եվրոպական ծագման ապրանքներ Թուրքիայից Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն ուղարկելը։

Միևնույն ժամանակ Անկարան կրկնապատկել է իր նեղուցներով ռուսական նավթ տեղափոխող նավերի սակագները։ 140  հազար տոննա կշռող լցանավերի համար Բոսֆորում և Դարդանելի կղզիներում չարտերների ծախսերը բարձրացել են մեկ բարելի դիմաց մինչև 0,54 դոլար, այն դեպքում, երբ 2024 թվականի փետրվար-հոկտեմբերին միջինը 0,24 դոլար էր:

Թուրքական նեղուցներում նավերի պարապուրդը ձմռանն ավելանում է նավագնացության պայմանների սեզոնային վատթարացման պատճառով։ Այժմ Suezmax լցանավերի կամ Aframax լցանավերի ամենօրյա պարապուրդը վարձակալների գրպանին միջինը մոտ 65 հազար դոլար է նստում։
