Գոյ թատրոնի դերասանական կազմն այս պահին գտնվում է թատրոնի ներսում, որտեղից ֆեյսբուքյան ուղիղ եթերի միջոցով տեղեկացրել են, որ եկել են իրենց իրավունքները պաշտպանելու:
«Մենք հիմա գտնվում ենք Գոյ թատրոնում, բոլորս եկել ենք մեր պահանջի հետևից, մեր ստեղծագործելու իրավունքի հետևից: Հունվարի 30-ից մեր թատրոնն ապօրինաբար դադարեցրել է իր գործունեությունը:
Մեր մուտքն էր փակվել, մեզ թույլ չէին տալիս, բայց ինչպես տեսնում եք մենք եկել ենք, մեր իրավունքները պաշտպանում ենք և օրենքի շրջանակում գտնվում ենք Գոյ թատրոնում:
Մեր պատերից բոլոր նկարները պոկել են, հանվել են աֆիշները, մեր թատրոնում անծանոթ մարդ է հայտնվել, հետք չկա Գոյ թատրոնից: Բոլոր դռների կողպեքները կարծես փոխվել են: Մարդիկ ապօրինի շահագործում են մեր տարածքը»,- նշել է թատրոնի դերասան և տնօրեն Սարգիս Արզումանյանը: Գոյ թատրոնում են նաև Սամսոն Ստեփանյանը, Վաչե Երիցյանը, Աշոտ Տեր-Մաթևոսյանը, Գուրգեն Սարգսյանը, Լիլիթ Բադանյանը և մյուս դերասանները:
Ավելի վաղ հայտարարվել էր, որ ՀՀ կառավարության որոշմամբ՝ նախատեսվում է «Գոյ» թատրոնի վարչական հատվածը կրճատել, իսկ թատրոնի ստեղծագործական կազմը՝ «Գոյ» թատերախումբ անունով, կշարունակի գործունեություն ծավալել Գաբրիել Սունդուկյանի անվան ազգային ակադեմիական թատրոնի տանիքի ներքո: ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարությունը, որը նախագծի հեղինակն է, վստահեցրել էր, որ այդ պարագայում «Գոյ»-ը կարող է ընդլայնել իր հնարավորությունները:
2024 թվականի հունվարի 30-ին ՀՀ կառավարության որոշմամբ՝ ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության իրավաբանական անձանց պետական ռեգիստրը «Գոյ» թատրոնը վերակազմակերպել է՝ միավորելով այն Գաբրիել Սունդուկյանի անվան ազգային ակադեմիական թատրոնի հետ:
