ԶՊՄԿ-ն թիվ մեկ հարկատուն է. կտրուկ առաջ է անցել մյուսներից

ՀՀ Պետեկամուտների կոմիտեն հրապարակել է 2024 թ. հունվար-սեպտեմբեր ամիսների կտրվածքով հազար խոշոր հարկատուների ցանկը։ Առաջին հորիզոնականում Զանգեզուրի պղձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատն է, որը տարվա երեք եռամսյակների ընթացքում վճարել է 83.7 մլրդ դրամ հարկ՝ նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի 52.4 մլրդ դրամի դիմաց։
Երկրորդ տեղում «Մոբայլ սենթր» ընկերությունն է՝ 49.1 մլրդ դրամ (2023 թ. հունվար-սեպտեմբերին՝ 30.1 մլրդ դրամ)։
Երրորդ տեղում «Գրանդ տոբակոն» է՝ 39.8 մլրդ դրամ։ Նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածում ընկերությունը վճարել էր 31 մլրդ դրամ։
Միայն այս տարվա երեք եռամսյակների կտրվածքով ԶՊՄԿ-ն ավելի շատ հարկ է վճարել, քան ողջ անցած տարի։ Վստահաբար, չորրորդ եռամսյակի տվյալներն էլ, երբ հայտնի դառնան, ԶՊՄԿ վճարած միլիարդները եռանիշ թվով կնշվեն։ Այդպես եղել է նաև 2022 թ., երբ Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը 143.9 մլրդ դրամ էր վճարել պետբյուջե։
2023 թ. կոմբինատը վճարել էր 70.8 մլրդ դրամ։
Ընթացիկ տարվա առաջին եռամսյակում ԶՊՄԿ-ն վճարած հարկերի ծավալով միայն երրորդն էր՝ վճարած 15.6 մլրդ դրամ հարկերով։ Ընդ որում, առաջին եռամսյակում 140 միլիոն դրամով ավելի շատ հարկ էր վճարել, քան նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածում։ Կոմբինատից վստահեցրել էին, որ արդեն հաջորդ եռամսյակում վճարած հարկերը մի քանի անգամ կգերազանցեն առաջին եռամսյակի հարկերը։ «Բանն այն է, որ առաջին եռամսյակում չեն արտացոլվում տարեկան հաշվետվությունները, որոնք ըստ հարկային օրենսգրքի ներկայացվում են ապրիլին, և տարեկան վճարների մեծ մասը՝ ռոյալթիի և շահութահարկի մասով արվում է այդ ամսին»,- ասել էին կոմբինատից։
Երկրորդ եռամսյակում պարզվեց, որ կոմբինատը կես տարում վճարել է 64.4 մլրդ։ Այսինքն, երկրորդ եռամսյակում երեք անգամ ավելի շատ, քան առաջինում։ Եվ այժմ էլ ԶՊՄԿ-ն կրկին ամրապնդել է առաջատարի իր դիրքերը՝ ապացուցելով, որ ամենախոշոր հարկատուն է Հայաստանում։
