Հուսանք՝ ԵՄ-ն ջանքեր կգործադրի Արցախի ժողովրդի անվտանգ երաշխիքներով վերադարձի համար․ հայտարարություն

Արցախի ժողովրդի հիմնարար իրավունքների պաշտպանության հանձնախմբի հայտարարությունը․
«Մենք ողջունում ենք Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի 24 հոկտեմբերի, 2024 թ «Ադրբեջանում իրավիճակը, մարդու իրավունքների և միջազգային իրավունքի խախտումները և հարաբերությունները Հայաստանի հետ» բանաձևը, որը բացահայտում է մարդու իրավունքների սարսափելի վիճակը Ադրբեջանում, միջազգային իրավունքի անտեսումը և տարածաշրջանում ու Հայաստանի նկատմամբ ագրեսիվ, միլիտարիստական վարքագիծը։
Մենք հատուկ ողջունում ենք Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի կոչը՝ միջազգային դատարանի որոշումների ամբողջական իրականացման, Արցախի ժողովրդի ներկայացուցիչների հետ կառուցողական երկխոսության մեջ ներգրավվելու վերաբերյալ, ինչը կապահովի նրանց անվտանգ, արժանապատիվ և արագ վերադարձն իրենց պատմական հայրենիք, Ադրբեջանում պահվող բոլոր հայ գերիների և քաղաքական բանտարկյալների ազատ արձակում և հայկական գույքի ու մշակութային հուշարձանների պահպանություն։ Արցախի ժողովրդի համախմբված վերադարձն իրենց հայրենիք՝ Ադրբեջանի և Արցախի ներկայացուցիչների միջև իսկական բանակցությունների միջոցով, կարևոր է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև տևական խաղաղության հաստատման համար։
Մենք հորդորում և հուսով ենք, որ նաև Եվրոպական միությունը ջանքեր կգործադրի՝ այս կարևոր բանակցությունների մեկնարկի համար հարթակ ապահովելու նպատակով՝ երաշխավորելով, որ գործընթացը լինի միջազգային վերահսկողության ներքո: ԵՄ-ի դերը կարևոր է երկխոսության խթանման և շարունակվող ճգնաժամի խաղաղ կարգավորման մեջ՝ այդպիսով ճանապարհ բացելով Արցախի ժողովրդի անվտանգ, միջազգային երաշխիքներով վերադարձին՝ իրենց հիմնարար իրավունքների լիակատար իրականացմամբ»։
