Հոկտեմբերի 25-ին Ադրբեջանում Եվրամիության դեսպան Պյոտր Միխալկոն կանչվել է այս երկրի արտաքին գործերի նախարարություն։ Ինչպես հաղորդում է ԱՊԱ գործակալությունը՝ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ին հղումով, խստորեն դատապարտվել են հոկտեմբերի 24-ին Եվրախորհրդարանի կողմից ընդունված բանաձևը, ինչպես նաև այս կառույցում տեղի ունեցած քննարկումների շրջանակում եվրահանձնակատարի արտահայտած «անհիմն և կողմնակալ» կարծիքները:

Միխալկոյին տրվել է բողոքի նոտա։ Ընդգծվել է, որ ԵՄ տարբեր կառույցների միջոցով Ադրբեջանի դեմ զրպարտչական արշավի շարունակությունը, Ադրբեջանի ինքնիշխանությունն ու տարածքային ամբողջականությունը ոտնահարող հայտարարություններն ու քայլերը և միջամտությունը երկրի ներքին գործերին խրախուսում են «ռևանշիզմը» Հայաստանում և դրանով իսկ վնասում տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության հաստատման ջանքերին։

Բողոքում նշվել է, որ Ադրբեջանը Եվրամիության հետ հարաբերությունները կառուցում է միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերի ու սկզբունքների, փոխադարձ հարգանքի, հավասարության և փոխշահավետության հիման վրա և ԵՄ-ին կոչ է անում նույնպես խստորեն պահպանել այդ հիմնարար սկզբունքները։ Այդ կապակցությամբ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն ԵՄ-ից պահանջել է զերծ մնալ կանխակալ քայլերից, որոնք խախտում են Ադրբեջանի ինքնիշխանությունն ու տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, խաթարում են խաղաղությունն ու կայունությունը տարածաշրջանում, ինչպես նաև միջամտում են երկրի ներքին գործերին»,- ասված է հրապարակման մեջ։  

Հիշեցնենք, որ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ի հիստերիկ արձագանքը կապված է Եվրախորհրդարանի կողմից նախօրեին ընդունված բանաձևի հետ։

Եվրախորհրդարանը Բաքվին կոչ է արել ազատ արձակել հայ գերիներին և ապահովել հայերի անվտանգ վերադարձը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ:
