Ոսկեպարի ուղղությամբ Ադրբեջանն ամրակայում է իր դիրքերը․ վարչական ղեկավարը վտանգ չի տեսնում

Ադրբեջանը Տավուշի մարզի սահմանամերձ Ոսկեպար գյուղի հարևանությամբ՝ իրենց տեղակայման վայրում ինժեներա-ամրաշինական աշխատանքներ է իրականացնում։ Համայնքի ղեկավար Իշխան Աղբալյանը MediaHub-ին ասաց, որ սահմանազատման-սահմանագծման գործողություններով պայմանավորված, հատկապես վերջին շրջանում սահմանային միջադեպեր ու հրադադարի խախտումներ չեն եղել։ 

«Մեր գյուղի հարակից տարածքում արդեն մոտ 4 կմ սահմանազատված տարածք ունենք, որը Բաղանիսից ձգվում է մինչև եկեղեցի։ Կարծում եմ, որ եթե հստակ, օրենքով ամրագրված սահման ունենանք, որևէ միջադեպ չի լինի»,-ասաց Աղբալյանը։ 

Մեր այն դիտարկմանը, որ գյուղից ոչ հեռու ադրբեջանական զինուժը ամրակայում է իր դիրքերը, համայնքի ղեկավարն ասաց, որ դրանից տեղեկություն չունի և որևէ անհանգստացնող շարժ չի նկատել։

Տավուշում սահմանազատումն ամբողջությամբ դեռ չի իրականացվել։ Ոսկեպարի վարչական ղեկավարն ասաց, որ հայկական կողմից ևս մեծ տարածքներ կան, որ 1990-ական թվականներից անցել են Ադրբեջանին։

«Ավելի շատ տարածքներ կան Բերքաբեր գյուղից, օրինակ՝ հայտնի «եռանկյունին»։ Եվ կարծում եմ, սահմանազատումն ավարտելուց հետո այլևս միմյանց նկատմամբ տարածքային պահանջ չենք ունենա»,-վստահ է նա։
