ԱՄՆ նախագահի հանրապետական թեկնածու Դոնալդ Թրամփի կողմից արցախահայության տեղահանության, էթնիկ զտումների, Քամալա Հարիսի անգործության և քրիստոնյաների հետապնդումների վերավերյալ հայտարարությունից հետո Հայ դատի Ամերիկայի հանձնախումբը հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ՝ փոխանցելով նաև Հայ դատ Վաշինգտոնի գրասենյակի գործադիր տնօրեն Արամ Համբարյանի նկատառումները։
ՀՅԴ Բյուրոյի Հայ դատի կենտրոնական գրասենյակից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ վերջինս, մասնավորապես, նկատել է․
«Նախագահ Թրամփը, ով կտրուկ ավելացրել է ԱՄՆ ռազմական օգնությունը Ադրբեջանին՝ զինելով և քաջալերելով Ալիևի ռեժիմի 2020թ․ հարձակումը Արցախի վրա, պետք է անի ավելին, քան քարոզարշավի հայտարարություն հրապարակելը, պետք է փաստացի արդյունքներ գրանցի մինչև ընտրությունների օրը։ Նա կարող է սկսել՝ հրապարակայնորեն սատարելով արցախցիների վերադարձի իրավունքը և անձամբ կոչ անելով Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի խոսնակ Ջոնսոնին քվեարկության դնել թիվ 7288 բանաձևը։ Այդպիսով կիրառության մեջ կդրվի 907-րդ հոդվածի սահմանափակումները՝ ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից Ադրբեջանին տրամադրվող օժանդակության վերաբերյալ: Իր հերթին, փոխնախագահի թեկնածու Ջեյ Դի Վենսը՝ ԱՄՆ Սենատի անդամը, պետք է հովանավորի և աշխատի թիվ 540 բանաձևի ընդունման ուղղությամբ՝ մանրամասն ուսումնասիրելով Ադրբեջանի կողմից ԱՄՆ ռազմական օժանդակության օգտագործումը հակահայկական ռազմական հանցագործությունների ընթացքում»։
«Չնայած մենք ուրախ ենք տեսնել, որ մեր համայնքի կայուն ներգրավվածությունը ստիպել է Արցախին և Հայաստանին վերաբերող հարցերը բերել ընտրական քննարկումների դաշտ, այնուամենայնիվ, մենք ակնկալում ենք և արժանի ենք ավելիին, քան խոսքերը: Մեր ձայները վաստակելու համար մենք այժմ պետք է տեսնենք գործողություններ, որոնք պատասխանատվության են ենթարկում Ալիևին և զսպում են ադրբեջանական նոր ագրեսիան»։
Ամերիկայի հայ համայնքին և համախոհ կազմակերպություններին հասցեագրված տեսաուղերձում Արամ Համբարյանն արդեն իսկ նկատել է․ «Ակնհայտ է՝ հայկական քվեն նշանակություն ունի։ Մենք դա տեսանք այսօր, երբ նախկին նախագահ Թրամփը խոսեց Բայդեն-Հարիսի վարչակազմի անգործության վերաբերյալ՝ Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի էթնիկ զտումներին ընդառաջ: Մենք դա տեսանք մի քանի շաբաթ առաջ, երբ փոխնախագահ Հարիսը կոչ արեց հայերի անվտանգ և կայուն վերադարձն Արցախ։ Սա կարևոր հանգրվան է մեր համայնքի համար, կարևոր հանգրվան մեր՝ որպես ընտրական ուժ, ամերիկյան ազգային բեմում հայտնվելու գործում: Այնպես որ, խնդրում ենք մնալ ներգրավված և շարունակել ճնշումը: Մեր ներդրումներն ամերիկյան քաղաքական համակարգում արդյունք են տալիս»։
