Եվրոպական խորհրդարանը «Ադրբեջանում իրավիճակի, մարդու իրավունքների ու միջազգային իրավունքի խախտումների եւ Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների» վերաբերյալ բանաձեւն ընդունեց 453 կողմ, 31 դեմ, 89 ձեռնպահ ձայներով։
Բանաձեւը Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններին կոչ է անում ազատ արձակել բոլոր 23 հայ ռազմագերիներին։ Եվրախորհրդարանականներն Ադրբեջանին կոչ են անում կատարել Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի որոշումները՝ ներառյալ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայության անվտանգ, անարգել ու արագ վերադարձի վերաբերյալ որոշումը։
Բանաձեւը հորդորում է համապարփակ եւ թափանցիկ երկխոսություն սկսել արցախահայության հետ եւ տալ անհրաժեշտ բոլոր երաշխիքները նրանց պաշտպանության, հողի ու սեփականության իրավունքների վերաբերյալ։ ԵՄ կառույցներին կոչ է արվում շարունակել աջակցել Հայաստանին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից տեղահանվածների հետ կապված հարցերում անհրաժեշտ մարդասիրական կարիքները բավարարելու համար։
