«Սորոսի» գրասենյակը կոմպրոմատներ է հավաքում Փաշինյանի դեմ

«Սորոսի» հիմնադրամի կողմից ստեղծված և ֆինանսավորվող հակակոռուպցիոն մարմինը՝ Transparency International-ը բավական խորը և մանրամասն հետազոտություններ է իրականացնում այսօրվա Հայաստանի վերաբերյալ, զեկույց է պատրաստում գործող իշխանությունների ներսում եղած կոռուպցիոն դրսևորումների մասին։ Այդ փաստն իշխանություններին շատ է մտահոգում, արտահոսք են ստացել, որ հսկայական նյութեր կան իշխանական վերնախավի ահռելի ծավալի գործարքների մասին։ Դրանում թաթախված են գրեթե բոլորը՝ առաջինից վերջին մարդը փայ են մտել այդ գործարքներում։
Մեր տեղեկություններով, մեծ դոսյե է հավաքվել կոռուպցիայի մասին, բյուջեից օգտվելու առումով, տենդերներում մասնակցության, որտեղ բոլոր տենդերներում շահում են իշխանությանը փոխկապակցված անձինք։ TI-ն պատրաստում է մի զեկույց, որը կարող է պայթեցնել իշխանություններին։ «Սորոսը» դոսյեն հավաքում է, որ ավելի կառավարելի դարձնեն Փաշինյանին ու նրա թիմին, որովհետև ուղնուծուծով կոռումպացված են։ Հատկապես բանակի ծախսերի, շինարարությունների, կապիտալ ծախսերի մասով։ Ստվերային գործարքներ կան նաև զենք-զինամթերքի հետ կապված։
Ուշագրավ է, որ հենց «Սորոսի» գրասենյակն է զբաղվում այդ հարցով, ինչը նշանակում է, որ ԱՄՆ վարչակազմը շատ դժգոհ է Նիկոլից և սկսել է հաշվել նրա և նրա մերձավոր շրջապատի տարած գումարները։
