«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

eadaily.com-ը «Ալիևը վշտացրել է Փաշինյանին. դժվար ընտրություն և արտահերթ ընտրություններ» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Ադրբեջանը հավատարիմ է Հայաստանի հետ երկարաժամկետ խաղաղության հասնելուն և չի ցանկանում, որ համաձայնագիրն ընկալվի որպես բացառապես Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ ստորագրված։ Այդ մասին հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հատուկ հանձնարարությունների գծով ներկայացուցիչ Էլչին Ամիրբեկովը գերմանական Berliner Zeitung թերթին տրված հարցազրույցում։ Ավելին, Ադրբեջանը ակտիվացրել է իր տեղեկատվական արշավը՝ Հայաստանը ներկայացնելով որպես խաղաղության գործընթացը «արգելակող»։ Բաքվի այս բոլոր գործողություններից կարելի է զգալ, որ նրանք փորձում են Երևանի վրա գցել ամենակարճ ժամանակում խաղաղության հասնելու՝ սեփական չցանկանալը։
 
Այսինքն, Ալիևը հստակ ազդակ է ուղարկում Փաշինյանին, որ չպետք է հույս դնել մինչև 2026 թվականը, այսինքն՝ մինչև Հայաստանում կայանալիք խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները խաղաղության համաձայնագիր ստորագրելու վրա։ Ստացվում է՝ Հայաստանի ղեկավարը պետք է մնա իշխանության ղեկին, որպեսզի Ադրբեջանը ստանա որոշակի հաստատում, որ հաշտություն է կնքում «ոչ թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, այլ Հայաստանի հետ»։ Այսպիսով, խաղաղության հեռանկարը կարող է հետաձգվել մինչև 2027 թվականը։
 
Փաշինյանը կարող է արագացնել գործընթացը՝ որոշելով արտահերթ ընտրություններ անցկացնել, սակայն իրադարձությունների զարգացման նման սցենարին դժվար է հավատալ։ Հայաստանի վարչապետը ներկայում չունի ազդեցիկ փաստարկներ և ներքաղաքական անմիջական պատճառներ «նախահարձակման» համար: Ընդդիմությունը առիթը բաց չի թողնի դա որակել որպես Ալիևի թելադրանքով ընդունված հերթական «պարտվողական» որոշում։ Բացի այդ, արտահերթ ընտրությունների ուղղությամբ Փաշինյանի ցանկացած քայլ մեծ ներքաղաքական ռիսկեր է պարունակում իշխող «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության համար։ Վարչապետի քաղաքական խմբի և անձամբ կառավարության ղեկավարի ներկայիս վարկանիշը, ըստ վերջին հարցումների, չի գերազանցում 15 %-ը։ Մյուս քաղաքական ուժերը ևս մեծ վստահություն չեն վայելում քաղաքացիների շրջանում, սակայն ընդդիմությունն արտահերթ ընտրությունների քարոզարշավի դեպքում լուրջ հնարավորություններ կունենա շրջել իրավիճակը և ընտրողներից ավելի մեծ աջակցություն ստանալ, քան ունի ներկայում Ազգային ժողովում։
 
Արտահերթ ընտրությունների դեպքում Փաշինյանը պարզապես վտանգում է ստանալ վատ ներքաղաքական կոնֆիգուրացիա, ընդհուպ մինչև կոալիցիոն կառավարություն ստեղծելու անհրաժեշտությունը, կամ էլ, ինչն ավելի վատ է, անվերջանալի ընտրությունների շարանի մեջ ընկնելը:
