Փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը երկուշաբթի ընդունեց, որ սահմանազատման հարցով կան ռիսկեր, որ կարող է ինչ-որ հատվածից հետո այդ սահմանազատումը չլինի: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 23-ին, ԱԺ-ում հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ հայտարարեց «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գեղամ Մանուկյանը:
«Արդյոք կառավարությունը գնահատել է այդ ռիսկերը, որ դիցուք, Ադրբեջանի պահանջով կկվի էլի որեւէ ձագ տալուց հետո հաջորդ անգամ Հայաստանին ձեռնտու, ՀՀ-ի օկուպացված որեւէ հատված, դիցուք Ներքին Հանդում պատճառ բերեն, որ սոսիների պուրակ արգելոցի ամբողջականության համար, եկեք այդ հատվածտը հանձնենք Ադրբեջանին»,-ասաց նա:
Ի պատասխան Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասաց. «Իսկ ո՞վ է հերքել, որ կարող են լինել ռիսկեր: Տենց բան չկա կյանքում, որն իր մեջ ռիսկ չունի: Հետեւաբար, ինչու ենք մենք սահմանազատման գործընթացը համարում դրական, այդ ռիսկերով հանդերձ: Որովհետեւ համարում ենք, որ սահմանազատման գործընթացի բացակայության ռիսկերը հազարապատիկ ավելի են: Հարցը հետեւյալն է՝ այդ կանոնակարգի միջի մեխանիզմները հնարավորություն տլի՞ս են ռիսկերը կառավարել: մեր գնահատականն այն է, որ տալիս են նման հնարավորություն»:
Վարչապետը նորից պայուսակից հանեց Հայաստանի քարտեզը եւ հայտարարեց. «Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքի որեւէ միլիմետր սակարկման ենթակա չէ»:
