Եվրաջասթի հետ ստորագրված համաձայնագիրը ՀՀ-ԵՄ հարաբերությունները քրեաիրավական ոլորտում նոր մակարդակ է տեղափոխում

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը հոկտեմբերի 23-ին ընդունել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Բելգիայի Թագավորության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Էրիկ Դե Մույնքին և Բելգիայի դաշնային ոստիկանության և Միջազգային ոստիկանական համագործակցության տնօրինության 1-ին գլխավոր տեսուչ Ֆրանկ Դեբյուշերին։
Հայաստանում Բելգիայի թագավորության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպանի պաշտոնն ստանձնելու կապակցությամբ շնորհավորելով պարոն Էրիկ Դե Մույնքին՝ Կոմիտեի նախագահը հույս է հայտնել, որ նրա գործունեությունը կնպաստի երկու բարեկամ երկրների միջև բազմակողմ հարաբերությունների զարգացմանը։
Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը նշել է, որ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն շահագրգռված է հատկապես իրավական փոխօգնության, փորձի և տեղեկատվության փոխանակման, ինչպես նաև` անդրազգային հանցավորության դեմ պայքարում Բելգիայի իրավասու մարմինների հետ սերտ փոխգործակցություն հաստատելու հարցում։ Դրա համար կարևոր նախադրյալ է ստեղծում այն, որ նախընթաց ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ ՔԿ-ի կողմից Բելգիայի իրավասու մարմիններին ուղարկված իրավական օգնության բոլոր հարցումներն արժանացել են օպերատիվ արձագանքի և անկատար չեն մնացել։
Պարոն Դեսպանն ընդգծել է, որ Հայաստանում դեսպանատուն բացելու` Բելգիայի Թագավորության կառավարության որոշումը Հայաստանի հետ երկկողմ հարաբերությունների խորացման կարևոր ազդակ է։ Վստահություն հայտնելով, որ դրա արդյունքում նոր լիցք կստանա նաև համագործակցությունը իրավապահ ոլորտում` պարոն Էրիկ Դե Մույնքը նշել է, որ իր այցը ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտե նպատակ ունի որոշակիացնելու այն կարիքներն ու ոլորտները, որոնց ուղղությամբ ջանքերի համատեղումն առավել նպատակային կարող է լինել։
Պարոն Ֆրանկ Դեբյուշերը հավելել է, որ իրավապահ ոլորտում հետագա կապերի ամրապնդումը միջազգային հանցավորության դեմ պայքարում կարողությունները զարգացնելու հիմք է, ինչին ուղղված է լինելու նաև իր հետագա գործունեությունը։
Հանդիպման շրջանակներում Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը հյուրերին ընդհանուր գծերով ծանոթացրել է Քննչական կոմիտեի գործառույթներին, առաջնահերթություններին և համակարգում կատարված բարեփոխումներին։
Քննարկվել են կիբեռհանցագործությունների, թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության, կրիպտոարժույթներով փողերի լվացման, ինչպես նաև՝ ապօրինի միգրացիայի դեմ պայքարում հնարավոր գործակցության մեխանիզմներն ու հեռանկարները։
Կարևորվել է Բրյուսելում 2024թ. ապրիլին ստորագրված՝ իրավական համագործակցության ոլորտում ՀՀ իրավասու մարմինների և Եվրոպական միության քրեական արդարադատության ոլորտում համագործակցության գործակալության (Եվրաջասթ) միջև ստորագրված համաձայնագիրը, որը նոր մակարդակ է տեղափոխում քրեաիրավական ոլորտում Հայաստանի և ԵՄ միջև հարաբերությունները։
