Մոլդովայում տեղի ունեցած «եվրահանրաքվեն», որը կարելի է ձախողված համարել, հաջողվեց անցկացնել բացառապես լուրջ կեղծիքների շնորհիվ։ Հիմնականում արդյունքն ապահովվել է Մոլդովայից դուրս ապրողների հաշվին, ընտրողների 15 տոկոսը դրսից են քվեարկել։ Հանրաքվեին քվեները գրեթե հավասար են բաժանվել՝ 50,4 տոկոս «այո» և 49.6 տոկոս «ոչ»։ Անգամ վիճակագրական սխալանքի սահմաններում է տարբերությունը։

Մոլդովայում տեղի ունեցած հանրաքվեի արդյունքները հարված են հասցրել նաև Հայաստանում գործող «եվրանիկոլներին»։ Քարոզչական առումով ստացվում է, որ անգամ Մոլդովան, որ թվում էր ուղնուծուծով Եվրամիությունում է, Ուկրաինայից հետո երկրորդն է՝ հանրային կարծիքի հարցում, ձախողվել է, իսկ այս փաստն անսպասելի էր բոլորի համար։ Հայաստանում ԵՄ անդամակցության ստորագրահավաքի նախաձեռնողները պատվիրակություն էին ուղարկել՝ դիտարկելու Մոլդովայում հանրաքվեի ընթացքը, և այդ պատվիրակներն էլ շոկի մեջ են, չեն կարողանում հասկանալ, թե ինչ է կատարվել Մոլդովայում։ Խնդրահարույց տրամադրություններ են, որ եթե Մոլդովայում նման կերպ է եղել, կարելի է պատկերացնել, թե իրականում նման հարց դրվի Հայաստանում, ինչ ցածր տոկոսներ կարղ են հավաքել։ Հասկանում են, 50 հազար ստորագրությունը հավաքել են մեծ դժվարությամբ, ստիպված են եղել վարչական ռեսուրս կիրառել, խնդրել, որ պետությունն օգնի այդ հարցում։ Հասկանալի է, որ դա ոչ մի էական նշանակություն չունի։ Ուշագրավն այն է, որ այն պասիվությունն ու ապատիան, որ կա հայաստանյան հասարակության մեջ, երբ 60-70 տոկոսի հեչ պետքն էլ չէ, թե ինչ է կատարվում երկրում, միշտ ազդում է ընդդիմության վրա, հիմա նաև իշխանությունն է իր կաշվի վրա զգում։ Զգում է, որ ժողովուրդը ոչ միայն անտարբեր է ընդդիմության, այլև ցանկացած բանի նկատմամբ։ Հասարակությունը, որին դարձրել են անտարբեր, արդեն բթացել է, և իշխանավորները չեն կարողանում օգտագործել այդ փաստը։
