Գիշերը ռուսական ուժերը հրետակոծել են հայաշատ Խարկովի մարզը։ «Այնպիսի զինատեսակներով են կրակում, որ պայթելուց հետո ամբողջ տարածքը հալչում է»,- MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում ասում է խարկովցի մեր հայրենակից Էլզա Ռաֆայելյանը։ Անվտանգության նկատառումներից ելնելով Էլզան ընտանիքի հետ տեղափոխվել է քրոջ տուն, մայրաքաղաք Կիև, որտեղ ևս իրավիճակը հանգիստ չէ։

«Ռմբակոծության ձայները երեկ լսվում էր նաև Կիևից։ Սարսափելի վիճակ է, զոմբիի պես ապրում ենք՝ հարմարված պատերազմի կանոններին։ Քրոջս տղան՝ Առնոլդը, նույնպես ռազմաճակատում է, 3 ամիս է նրանից ոչ մի լուր չունենք։ Այստեղ Հայաստանի պես չի, զոհերի մասին ընդհանրապես տվյալներ չի հաղորդվում։ Քանի օր է նրան փնտրում ենք տեղի հոսպիտալներում, դիմել ենք ռուսական ծառայություններին, որ գոնե գերիների մասին տեղեկություններ տրամադրեն, շատ անհանգիստ ենք»,-ասում է մեր զրուցակիցը։ 
Էլզայի խոսքով՝ գիշերը Խարկովի մարզի Նովոպավլովկա գյուղն են հրետակոծել։ Առանձնատունն ամբողջությամբ ոչնչացվել է, 2 խաղաղ բնակիչ է զոհվել։

«Պատերազմում պետք է մեկը հաղթի։ Ուկրաինայի նախագահն արկածախնդիր է, չի զիջում։ Հավատում է մյուս պետությունների ղեկավարների խոստումներին, մեզ տանում կործանման։ Իսկ Ռուսաստանը երբեք կանգ չի առնելու։ Իսկ ես չգիտեմ՝ որքան ժամանակ պետք է իմ տնից-տեղից կտրված մնամ, ուզում եմ վերադառնալ, բայց իրավիճակը Խարկովում գնալով ավելի է թեժանում»։ 

Էլզա Ռաֆայելյանը նաև ընդգծում է, որ ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմը չի լուսաբանվում այնպես, ինչպես հարկն է։ Հաղորդագրությունները տարածում են միայն 2  երկրների ռազմական գերատեսչությունները՝ քարոզչական նպատակներով։ Իսկ պատերազմի իրական կուլիսներում մարդկային կիսատ կյանքեր են, հազարավոր խաղաղ բնակիչների սպանություններ, անօթևան մնացած մարդիկ ու նույնքան անհայտ ճակատագրեր։
