«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

rznonline.ru-ն «Թրամփի հաղթանակը չի ազդի ԱՊՀ-ում նախագծերի ֆինանսավորման վրա» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, թե քաղաքական դիտորդ Արման Աբովյանը կարծում է, որ ԱՄՆ նախագահի պաշտոնում Դոնալդ Թրամփի հնարավոր ընտրությունը չի ազդի հետխորհրդային այնպիսի երկրներում, ինչպիսիք են Մոլդովան, Վրաստանը և Հայաստանը, ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից իրականացվող նախագծերի ֆինանսավորման կրճատման վրա։ Փորձագետի խոսքով, եթե անգամ երկրի ղեկավարությունը փոխվի, ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից աջակցվող հիմնական ծրագրերը կշարունակեն միջոցներ ստանալ և կիրականացվեն նույն ծավալներով։ Նա բացատրել է, որ հիմնական ֆինանսական հոսքերը հաստատվում են Կոնգրեսի կողմից, իսկ ամերիկյան օրենսդիր մարմնի, այդ թվում՝ Սենատի կառուցվածքը շարունակում է միտված լինել այդ երկրներում ԱՄՆ-ի աշխարհաքաղաքական շահերի աջակցության կուրսը շարունակելուն։
 
Ընդ որում, հիմնական ֆինանսավորումն ուղղվում է ոչ միայն տնտեսական օգնությանը, այլ նաև միջազգային ասպարեզում ԱՄՆ-ի համար ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունեցող ծրագրերի իրականացմանը։ Փորձագետը նաև նշել է, որ եթե Թրամփը գա իշխանության, ապա Վրաստանի վրա պատժամիջոցների ճնշումը չի նվազի։ Չնայած արտաքին քաղաքականության մեջ հնարավոր մարտավարական փոփոխություններին, ԱՄՆ-ի ընդհանուր կուրսը դեպի այնպիսի երկրներ, ինչպիսին Վրաստանն է, հիմնարար փոփոխությունների չեն ենթարկվի, և Թբիլիսիի վրա ճնշումները կշարունակվեն՝ անկախ ԱՄՆ նախագահի անձից, քանի որ կա որոշակի կայացած քաղաքականություն, որին աջակցում են ամերիկյան իշխանության խորքային ինստիտուտները։
 
Բացի այդ, դիտորդն ընդգծել է, որ առաջիկա խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները, որոնք տեղի կունենան հոկտեմբերի 26-ին, կարևոր դեր կխաղան Վրաստանի ապագա քաղաքական կուրսի ձևավորման գործում։ Այդ ընտրությունների արդյունքները կարող են էական ազդեցություն ունենալ երկրի ներքին քաղաքականության և միջազգային գործընկերների, այդ թվում՝ ԱՄՆ-ի հետ փոխգործակցության վրա։ Այսպիսով, քաղաքական գիծը, որը կառուցում է Ամերիկան Վրաստանի, Մոլդովայի և Հայաստանի առումով, մնում է կայուն և կախված չէ նրանից, թե ով է զբաղեցնում նախագահի պաշտոնը։ Աբովյանը եզրակացրել է, որ մոտ ապագայում ԱՄՆ քաղաքականության մեջ այդ ոլորտում էական փոփոխություններ պետք չէ սպասել, նույնիսկ եթե Թրամփը նորից վերցնի Սպիտակ տունը։
