ԵԱՏՄ և ԲՐԻԿՍ պետությունների շրջանակում կոնցենտրացված է երկրագնդի 70 տոկոսից ավելի ռեսուրսները, ինչի՞ հիման վրա են կրճատելու ներկրումները ՌԴ-ից:
Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ԲՀԿ խորհրդի անդամ Արման Աբովյանը՝ անդրադառնալով ԱԽ քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանի օրերս արված հայտարարությանը, որ ռազմավարական ապրանքները կարող են փոխվել և որ ցորենի փոխարեն կարող ենք բրինձ օգտագործել:
«Այսօր ԵՄ-ի պետությունները, Միացյալ նահանգները միջնորդված բայց ԵԱՏՄ-ի ու ԲՐԻԿՍ-ի հետ ունեն հարաբերություններ, որովհետև իրենք էլ են ուզում հաց ուտել, իսկ ով ուզում է բրինձ ուտել, խոսքն այդ զավեշտալի հայտարարության մասին է, ապա խորհուրդ կտամ, սուրճից էլ ազատվեն, որ կախվածություն չունենան:
Խորհուրդ կտամ ցիկորի խմեն, խորհուրդ կտամ գազից, էլ հրաժարվեն, չնայած՝ չէ, իրենք ադրբեջանական գազը շատ են սիրում, որը թունավոր չէ համաձայն իրենց՝ իշխանության, թեզերի»,- ասաց նա:
Արման Աբովյանն ասաց չէր ցանկանա անդրադառնալ այդ զավեշտալի հայտարարությանը, այդուհանդերձ ընդգծեց. «Վստահաբար իշխանությունը բրինձ չի ուտելու, ինքը հաց է ուտելու»:
Հիշեցնենք, որ օրերս «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ․ միավորելով անվտանգությունն ու ժողովրդավարությունը» խորագրով համաժողովի ժամանակ ԱԽ քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը հայտարարել էր, որ ռազմավարական ապրանքները կարող են փոխվել․ պետք է ավելի ճկուն լինենք, որպեսզի ուրիշներին թույլ չտանք թիրախավորել մեր ռազմավարական ապրանքները:
«Մենք հասկացել ենք, որ մեզ անհրաժեշտ է շատ բազմազանեցում, որպեսզի համապարփակ անվտանգության հայեցակարգի պահանջները բարելավվեն։ Խոսքը վերաբերում է ոչ միայն կոշտ անվտանգությանը, այլև տնտեսությանը, ռազմավարական ապրանքներին»,- ասել էր նա։
