Երեխաների անձնական տվյալները հրապարակելիս պետք է պահպանել այդ տվյալները երրորդ անձանց հասանելի դարձնելու պահանջը․ ՄԻՊ

Վերջին օրերին համացանցում շրջանառվող տեղեկատվության համաձայն՝ «Փյունիկ» ֆուտբոլային ակումբը անչափահաս ֆուտբոլիստների դեմքերով լուսանկարներ է տեղադրել մարզաբազայում՝ ուղեկցող գրությամբ արգելելով վերջիններիս մուտքը մարզաբազա։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՄԻՊ-ի աշխատակազմից։
«Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի՝ որպես «Երեխայի իրավունքների մասին» կոնվենցիայի դրույթների կիրառության մշտադիտարկում իրականացնող մարմնի կողմից համացանցում իրականացվող մշտադիտարկումները վկայում են, որ առհասարակ նմանատիպ դեպքերը, հատկապես՝ երեխաների նկատմամբ ոչ զգայուն մոտեցումները, կրում են շարունակական բնույթ։
Հարկ է նկատի ունենալ, որ նման գործողությունների հետևանքով երեխաները թիրախավորվում ու առավել խոցելի են դառնում:
Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը խիստ կարևորում է երեխաների իրավունքների, այդ թվում՝ վերջիններիս անձնական տվյալների պաշտպանության իրավունքի խախտման, երեխաներին թիրախավորող վարքագծի և բռնության ցանկացած դրսևորման բացառումը։ Երեխաների մասնակցությամբ տեղի ունեցող ցանկացած գործընթաց պետք է իրականացվի երեխայի «լավագույնի շահի» ապահովմամբ և «մի՛ վնասիր» սկզբունքով:
Երեխաների անձնական տվյալները հրապարակելիս կամ որևէ այլ եղանակով դրանք այլ անձի մատչելի դարձնելիս` պետք է խստորեն պահպանել անձնական տվյալները երրորդ անձանց հասանելի դարձնելու՝ միջազգային և ներպետական օրենսդրությամբ նախատեսված պահանջները։
Պաշտպանը ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծում է, որ պետությունը պարտավոր է գործուն քայլեր ձեռնարկել երեխաների նկատմամբ վատ և ոչ զգայուն վերաբերմունքը, բռնության ցանկացած դրսևորման, այդ թվում՝ հոգեբանական բռնության դրսևորումները, անձնական տվյալների պաշտպանության ոլորտում վերջիններիս իրավունքների խախտման դեպքերը բացառելու ուղղությամբ, իրականացել յուրաքանչյուրի, և, հատկապես, երեխայի իրավունքների պաշտպանության վերաբերյալ հանրային իրազեկման արշավներ ու վերապատրաստումներ»,-ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
