Министр иностранных дел Ирана Аббас Аракчи заявил, что Иран и Турция могут играть ведущую роль в распространении мира в регионе, а также в обеспечении международной безопасности, передает Mehr.

Выступая в субботу на совместной пресс-конференции со своим турецким коллегой Хаканом Фиданом в Стамбуле, высокопоставленный дипломат Ирана заявил, что в рамках саммита «3+3» были проведены очень важные переговоры по Южному Кавказу. «Между министром иностранных дел Турции Хаканом Фиданом и мной состоялись конструктивные двусторонние переговоры. Исламская Республика Иран и Турецкая Республика являются двумя важными странами в регионе и исламском мире, которые поддерживают дружеские и братские отношения, насчитывающие много веков», - отметил Аракчи.

Укрепляя свое сотрудничество, Иран и Турция могут сыграть важную роль в распространении мира и развития в регионе, а также могут обеспечить безопасность на международной арене, подчеркнул министр иностранных дел Ирана.

Комментируя вчерашний саммит в формате «3+3» в Стамбуле, Аракчи добавил: «После первой встречи, которая состоялась в Тегеране в прошлом году, третья встреча была успешно проведена в Стамбуле с участием министров иностранных дел России, Азербайджанской Республики и Армении».

Подчеркнув важность обеспечения мира и стабильности в в регионе и на Кавказе страны-участницы заявили о своем несогласии с присутствием внерегиональных держав и игроков, которые вызывают нестабильность в регионе.
