Ադրբեջանը հետ չի կանգնում իր պահանջներից

Ստամբուլում այսօր «3+3» տարածաշրջանային խորհրդակցական հարթակի շրջանակներում տեղի է ունեցել Արարատ Միրզոյանի և Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովի հանդիպումը: Ըստ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության, կողմերը շարունակել են Խաղաղության և միջպետական հարաբերությունների հաստատման մասին պայմանագրի շուրջ բանակցությունները և պայմանավորվել են շարունակել ջանքերը պայմանագրի վերջնականացման և սեղմ ժամկետներում կնքման ուղղությամբ:
Ավելի վաղ նախարարներին Դոլմաբահչե պալատում ընդունել է Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Էրդողանը։ Վերջինս հայտարարել է, թե Անկարան աջակցում է Բաքվի և Երևանի միջև խաղաղության ապահովմանն ուղղված ջանքերին: Էրդողանը հայտարարել է, որ Թուրքիան մեծ նշանակություն է տալիս այն հարթակին, որը ստեղծվել է տարածաշրջանային խնդիրները երկխոսությամբ լուծելու նպատակով, և ուրախալի է, որ Հարավային Կովկասը դեմքը դարձնում է դեպի կայուն խաղաղություն։ Թուրքիայի ղեկավարի գրասենյակից փոխանցում են Էրդողանի խոսքերը, թե Թուրքիան շարունակելու է աջակցություն ցուցաբերել Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև կայուն խաղաղության ապահովմանն ուղղված ջանքերին։
Միրզոյանն առանձին մի հանդիպում էլ Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարար Ֆիդանի, Իրանի նախարար Աբաս Արաղչիի հետ է ունեցել։
ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը հայտարարել է, թե Ռուսաստանը, Թուրքիան ու Իրանը Հայաստանին ու Ադրբեջանին առաջարկել են խաղաղ համաձայնագրի շուրջ աշխատանքներն ավարտին հասցնելու համար օգտագործել «3+3» հարթակը։
Մինչ Արարատ Միրզոյանը խոսել է տարածաշրջանային հաղորդակցության ուղիները բացելու պատրաստակամությունը, Ադրբեջանի իր պաշտոնակիցը կրկին առաջ է մղել ՀՀ Սահմանադրությունը փոխելու պահանջը։ «Մենք Ադրբեջանին առաջարկել ենք մեր երկաթուղային ենթակառուցվածքը վերագործարկելու, սահմանի հատման և մաքսային ընթացակարգերի պարզեցման և երկու երկրների ինքնիշխանության և իրավասության լիարժեք հարգմամբ անվտանգության որոշ լրացուցիչ մեխանիզմներ ապահովելու եղանակներ», - նշել է Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարը:
Թուրքիայի՝ Հայաստանի նկատմամբ հռետորաբանության մեղմացման ֆոնին Ադրբեջանի այս կոշտ պահվածքը վկայում է՝ թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմը խաղում է «լավ ոստիկան, վատ ոստիկան» խաղը՝ փորձելով Հայաստանին մղել նոր զիջումների։ Թեպետ, առանց դրա էլ Փաշինյանի վարչակազմը, հանուն իշխանության պահպանման, պատրաստ է թշնամիների բոլոր պահանջների կատարմանը։
