«Եվրաքվեն» հավաքել է անհրաժեշտ ստորագրությունները

Հանուն Հանրապետության կուսակցության նախագահ Արման Բաբաջանյանը հայտնել է, որ ԵՄ-ին անդամակցելու հարցով հանրաքվե անցկացնելու պահանջով ստորագրահավաքի արդյունքում հավաքվել է անհրաժեշտ 50 հազար ստորագրությունը: Հիշեցնենք, որ մինչև նոյեմբերի 14-ը, նախաձեռնող խումբը պետք է հավաքեր նվազագույնը 50 հազար ստորագրություն, որպեսզի ԵՄ-ին անդամակցության հանրաքվեի հարցը մտներ ԱԺ օրակարգ։ Եթե Ազգային ժողովը չընդունի ԵՄ անդամակցության հարցով հանրաքվե անցկացնելու որոշումը, նախաձեռնության անդամներն այդ փուլում արդեն պետք է հավաքեն 300 հազար ստորագրություն։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, ստորագրահավաքը շարունակվելու է, ըստ ԿԸՀ-ի, վերջնաժամկետը նոյեմբերի 12-ն է, և ստորագրահավաքի կազմակերպիչները ցանկանում են հնարավորինս շատ ստորագրություններ հավաքել՝ իշխող «Քաղպայմանագրին» փաստի առաջ կանգնեցնելու համար։
«Եվրաքվե»-ին նույնիսկ օգնության են հասել ԱՄՆ-ից, Միջազգային Հանրապետական Ինստիտուտի (IRI) Հարցումների հետազոտությունների կենտրոնի (CISR) կողմից: Հայաստանում անցկացված նոր համապետական հարցումն արձանագրում է, որ մեծամասնությունն աջակցում է Եվրամիությանը (ԵՄ) անդամակցելուն և Ադրբեջանի հետ խաղաղության պայմանագրի կնքմանը: Հարցին, թե ինչպես կքվեարկեին ԵՄ անդամակցության հանրաքվեի դեպքում, 58 %-ը նշել է, որ կքվեարկեր հօգուտ միանալու: «Այս հարցումը ցույց է տալիս, որ հայաստանցիների մեծ մասն իրենց պայծառ ապագան տեսնում են Եվրոպայի հետ»,- ասել է ՄՀԻ-ի՝ Եվրասիայի գծով ավագ տնօրեն Սթիվեն Նիքսը:
Փաստացի, այսկերպ, Արևմուտքից իշխանություններին հասկացնում են, որ անհրաժեշտ է ընդունել «Եվրաքվե»-ի արդյունքները, նախագիծը ներկայացնել հանրաքվեի։ Ըստ այդմ, դա այժմ ձեռք է տալիս նաև Փաշինյանին։ Սահմանադրական փոփոխություններն ու խորհրդարանական արտահերթ ընտրություններն էլ միաժամանակ են կազմակերպելու, ավելի լայն մասնակցություն ապահովելու համար։
