Օսլոյում հոկտեմբերի 18-ին նախատեսված է միջոցառում, որը կազմակերպում է Նորվեգիայում Ադրբեջանի ռեժիմի հետ կապեր ունեցող Ադրբեջանական սփյուռքի կազմակերպությունը (CAN)։ Միջոցառումը տեղի է ունենում ՄԱԿ-ի կլիմայական Cop29 գագաթնաժողովի շրջանակում:
Երբ Նորվեգիայի բնապահպանական կուսակցությունն ու Climate organization-ն իմացել են այդ տեղեկության մասին, անմիջապես լքել են Օսլոյի միջոցառումը, հաղորդում է Blankspot-ը։
Ադրբեջանցի իրավապաշտպան Ժալա Բայրամովան հայտարարել է, որ Ադրբեջանը մեծ ներդրումներ է կատարում եվրոպական երկրներում՝ ավելի դրական իմիջ ստեղծելու նպատալով։
Բացի Ադրբեջանի ներկայացուցիչներից, բանախոսների ցանկում են նաև Նորվեգիայի շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարի համար աշխատող ոմն քաղաքագետ, ինչպես նաև Նորվեգիայի ձախ սոցիալիստական կուսակցության քաղաքական գործիչ։ Միջոցառմանը մասնակցում է նաև ամերիկացի գիտնական Բրենդա Շաֆերը, որին քննադատել են Ադրբեջանի շահերից լոբբիստական գործունեության համար:
Նշվում է, որ Ադրբեջանական սփյուռքի կազմակերպությունը ղեկավարում են այն մարդիկ, որոնք հարգանքի տուրք են մատուցում թուրքական ֆաշիստական «Գորշ գայլեր» շարժմանը: Սոցիալական ցանցերում կարող եք տեսնել «գորշ գայլի նշանը» ցուցադրող CAN միջոցառումների մասնակիցների բազմաթիվ լուսանկարներ:
Մի քանի իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպություններ քննադատել են Օսլոյում միջոցառումը։ Նորվեգիայի Հելսինկյան կոմիտեի գլխավոր քարտուղար Բերիտ Լինդեմանը քննադատել է համաժողովին նորվեգացի պաշտոնյաների մասնակցությունը։
«Նախարարությունն ունի բոլոր անհրաժեշտ ռեսուրսները՝ պարզելու համար, թե ով է դա կազմակերպում, և պետք է կանխեր դրա անցկացումը»,-նշել է նա։
Ադրբեջանական սփյուռքի կազմակերպության (CAN) հիմնադիր Շերվին Նաջաֆփուրը Ադրբեջանի դիկտատոր Իլհամ Ալիևից ծառայության մեդալ է ստացել, իսկ սոցցանցերը լի են ռեժիմին ուղղված հարգանքի տուրքներով։ Բացի դրանից, հայտնի է, որ Նորվեգիայում Ադրբեջանական սփյուռքի կազմակերպությունը համագործակցում է Ադրբեջանի մի քանի պետական սուբյեկտների հետ։
CAN-ի տնօրենների խորհրդի անդամ է նաև Նաջաֆփուրի հայրը, որը նրանցից է, որը սոցիալական ցանցերում «գորշ գայլի նշանը» ցուցադրողներից մեկն է:
