Ամերիկյան Ambience Healthcare ընկերությունը պատմել է, թե ինչպես է արհեստական բանականության (ԱԲ) օգնությամբ հիվանդանոցներում ավտոմատացրել մի շարք գործընթացներ, հաղորդում է Մասաչուսեթսի տեխնոլոգիական ինստիտուտի (MIT) կայքը։
Ընկերության ինժեներները, որոնք MIT-ի շրջանավարտներ են, ստեղծել են գործիք, որը վերլուծում է բժշկական տվյալները, աշխատում է փաստաթղթերի հետ և կատարում այլ սովորական առաջադրանքներ։ Ծառայությունը բժիշկներին ազատում է փաստաթղթերի հետ կապված բազմաթիվ գործողություններ անելու հոգսից: Պլատֆորմը կարող է նաև կարգավորվել այնպես, որ ԱԲ-ն շփվի բուժառուների հարազատների հետ:
«Մենք մոդելներ ենք ստեղծում, որպեսզի բժիշկներին արհեստական բանականության գերհզորություններից օգտվելու հնարավորություն տանք»,- ասել են ընկերությունից։ Նրանց խոսքով՝ մինչ բժիշկը մտածում է հիվանդին բուժելու մասին, ԱԲ-ի վրա հիմնված օգնականը գրառումներ է կատարում բժշկական քարտում և վերլուծում է «հազար կանոններ»՝ ապահովագրական ընկերությանը վճարումներ կատարելիս վճարման փաստաթուղթը ճիշտ ձևակերպելու համար։ Բացի դրանից՝ ԱԲ ծառայությունը կազմում է հիվանդի ընդունման, զննության մասին ամփոփագիր և նյութերն ուղարկում նրա հարազատներին:
Ambience Healthcare-ից ասել են, որ իրենց ծառայությունն արդեն օգտագործվում է ԱՄՆ 40 խոշոր բուժհաստատություններում։ Ընկերության ներկայացուցիչների խոսքով՝ ԱԲ-ն խնայում է օրական երկու-երեք ժամ, որը բժիշկները նախկինում ծախսում էին թղթաբանության վրա։ Ընկերության ղեկավարները ցավով են արձանագրել վիճակագրությունը, ըստ որի՝ բժիշկը իր ժամանակի միջինը 27 տոկոսն է ընդամենը ծախսում ուղղակիորեն հիվանդների մասին հոգ տանելու վրա:
