SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով սեպտեմբերի 24-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Արմավիրի մարզում։ Ժամը 01։30-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Արմավիրի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Արմավիր քաղաքի 108 թաղամասի 511 հասցեի տանիքից վայր ընկնելու հետևանքով «ԳՈՒՎ հարցականով, գլխի և գոտկային հատվածի սալջարդ» ախտորոշմամբ «Արմավիր» բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխվել մի տղամարդ։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, հիվանդանոց է մեկնել ոստիկանության Արմավիրի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Վոլոդյա Գևորգյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Ոստիկանները հիվանդանոցում պարզել են, որ բուժօգնության տեղափոխվածը Արմավիրի մարզի բնակիչ 44-ամյա Ալիկ Մ․-ն է։

 Ոստիկանության Արմավիրի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի ծառայողների կողմից ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ սեպտեմբերի 23-ին, ժամը 19։30-ի սահմաններում Արմավիր քաղաքի Բաղրամյան և Սայաթ-Նովա փողոցների խաչմերուկում Ալիկ Մ․-ն կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանել է Արմավիրի մարզի բնակիչ 44-ամյա Դավիթ Ս․-ի հետ, որի ժամանակ վերջինս ձեռքերով և ոտքերով հարվածներ է հասցրել Ալիկ Մ․-ի մարմնի տարբեր մասերին՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ:

 Ոստիկանություն Արմավիրի բաժնի ծառայողների կողմից ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ Դավիթ Ս․-ին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:

Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Արմավիրի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչություն։
