Ի՞նչ տեղի ունեցավ երեկ գիշերը․ մանրամասներ

«Հիդրոօդերևութաբանության և մոնիթորինգի կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ը տարածել էր հայտարարություն, որում ասվում էր, որ հոկտեմբերի 16-ի ուշ երեկոյան և 17-ին, 17-ի լույս 18-ի գիշերը սպասվում են հորդառատ անձրևներ և հորդորվում էր տեղումների ժամանակահատվածում անձնական օգտագործման մեքենաներով երթևեկել միայն խիստ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում։
Այսպիսով, անձրևային օրերին Երևանը վերածվում է փոքրիկ Վենետիկի։
Խնդիրը կայանում է նրանում, որ անձրևային եղանակի ժամանակ արտակարգ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվում և շատ ժամանակ անգամ իրավիճակը դուրս է գալիս վերահսկողությունից, սակայն ով է պատասխանատու այդ իրավիճակի համար՝ պարզ չէ։
Երեկ՝ հոկտեմբերի 17-ին տեղացած հորդառատ անձրևի ժամանակ Դավիթաշեն վարչական շրջանում՝ Եղվարդի խճուղուց դեպի Եղվարդ տանող ճանապարհահատվածը այն աստիճանի էր հեղեղված, որ վարորդների մեքենաների պետհամարանիշները մեքենաների վրայից ընկել են և վարորդները ստիպված են եղել դրանք փնտրել անձրևաջրերի մեջ։ Այս մասին հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը։
Սակայն ամեն բան այսքանով չի ավարտվել։
Երևանի Կոմիտասի անվան պետական Կոնսերվատորիան ողողվել է անձրևաջրերով, Արշակունյաց պողոտայում անձրևաջրերից գետ էր առաջացել, ինչը դժվարություններ է առաջացրել վարորդների համար։
Նշենք, որ շատ ավտոճանապարհներ էլ եղանակային պայմանների պատճառով անանցանելի են եղել, իսկ Հայաստանի շատ մարզերում էլ տեղացել է առաջին ձյունը։
Անձրևային եղանակը դժգոհություն է առաջացրել շատ քաղաքացիների մոտ, քանի որ փողոցներով քայլելը անհնար է եղել՝ անձրևատար համակարգերի վատ աշխատելու հետևանքով։
