ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունում ամփոփվել են «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության 2025 թվականի երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաք» մրցույթի արդյունքները:

Միջոցառմանը ներկա է եղել ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալ, մրցութային հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանը:

ԿԳՄՍՆ-ից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ 2025 թվականի երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաքի տիտղոսի համար հայտ էին ներկայացրել Աբովյան (Կոտայքի մարզ), Ալավերդի (Լոռու մարզ), Ապարան (Արագածոտնի մարզ), Մարտունի (Գեղարքունիքի մարզ) և Նոյեմբերյան (Տավուշի մարզ) քաղաքները։

Մրցույթը կազմակերպվել է համաձայն գործող կանոնակարգի և արդյունքների  ամփոփման նպատակով գումարված մրցութային հանձնաժողովի նիստում: Ըստ փորձագիտական գնահատման և կարճ հաղորդագրությամբ (SMS) քվեարկության արդյունքների՝ Հայաստանի 2025 թվականի երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաք է հռչակվել Ապարանը:

Նախարարի տեղակալ Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել հայտատու քաղաքներին ակտիվության համար և անդրադարձել մրցույթին մասնակցելու կարևորությանը:

«Պետք է արձանագրենք, որ 2024 թ. երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաք Գավառը մեծ պատվով է կրել  այդ տիտղոսը, որը վկայում է այն մասին, որ սահմանված բարձր նշաձողը պահպանվում է, և տարեցտարի բարելավվում է քաղաքների պատրաստվածությունը: Ծրագրի ամբողջ նպատակը տվյալ քաղաքային բնակավայրում երիտասարդական կյանքի ակտիվացումն ու համապատասխան ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացման խթանումն  է, որպեսզի երիտասարդները մայրաքաղաքային կյանքով ապրեն ոչ միայն տիտղոսակիր տարում, այլև դա դառնա շարունակական և վերածվի ավանդույթի: Ծրագրի շրջանակում պետական տարբեր կառույցների և միջազգային գործընկերների ուղղորդում ենք՝ տվյալ տարվա երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաքը դիտարկել որպես տարբեր միջոցառումների անցկացման առաջնային վայր»,- ասել է Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանը՝ հավելելով, որ այսկերպ փորձ է արվում խթանել նաև երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաք հռչակված բնակավայրի միջազգային կապերի զարգացումը և տուրիստական հոսքերի աճը:

Այս համատեքստում Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանը նշել է, որ երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաք տիտղոսը հնարավորություն է տալիս նաև դառնալ տարածաշրջանային նշանակության միջոցառման կենտրոն՝ հիշատակելով 2021 թ. երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաք Կապանի օրինակը, որտեղ անցկացվել են ԱՊՀ մասնակից պետությունների երիտասարդության հարցերով խորհրդի նիստը և «100 գաղափար ԱՊՀ-ի համար» մրցույթը։ Նշված միջոցառումների կազմակերպումից հետո արդեն Կապանը ճանաչվել է  2026 թ. ԱՊՀ երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաք:

Փորձագիտական հանձնաժողովի անդամները ներկայացրել են իրենց դիտարկումները հայտատու քաղաքների վերաբերյալ և ընդգծել, որ դրանցից որևէ մեկը բացարձակ առաջատարի դիրքերում չի գտնվել. ուսումնասիրման արդյունքում յուրաքանչյուրն ունեցել է ուժեղ և թույլ կողմեր:

Հաղթող ճանաչված Ապարան քաղաքի ներկայացուցիչը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ծրագրին մասնակցելու հնարավորության համար և ընդգծել, որ մրցույթին մասնակցել են մարտական տրամադրվածությամբ և երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաքի տիտղոսը նվաճելու մեծ ցանկությամբ:
