Власти Армении хотят повысить контроль в сфере крипты

Регулирования о проведении операций с криптоактивами безналичным способом в Армении вступят в силу с 1 января 2026 года. Об этом в Национальном Собрании на заседании постоянной парламентской Комиссии по государственно-правовым вопросам во время обсуждения во втором и окончательном чтении пакета законопроектов о внесении дополнений в Уголовный кодекс 18 октября заявила заместитель министра внутренних дел республики Арпине Саркисян.
Так, операции, связанные с криптоактивами, должны осуществляться безналичным способом.
«Учитывая обсуждения, которые мы провели с хозсубъектами, а также то, что есть циркулирующая законодательная инициатива Центрального банка, Правительство, в логике избегания критической ситуации в сфере, предлагает ввести в действие новые регулирования с 1 января 2026 года. Мы также считаем, что это достаточный срок для регулирования отношений, связанных с оборотом криптоактивов, с налоговой точки зрения и принятия данной законодательной инициативы», - сказала Саркисян.
После некоторых обсуждений постоянная парламентская Комиссия дала положительное заключение данной законодательной инициативе.
